Указом Президента Украины Виктора Януковича звание Герой Украины присвоено луганскому горняку Борису Рыбалке, сообщается на Правительственном сайте.
Как сообщается на Правительственном сайте , за достигнутый личный вклад в развитие отечественного топливно-энергетического комплекса, высокие показатели в производстве. Многолетний труд присвоено звание Герой Украины Борису Рыбалке.
Борис Рыбалка работает бригадиром проходчиков «Шахтостроительное управление» ГП «Свердловантрацит».
