Луганскую область посетил Первый замминистра энергетики и угольной промышленности Украины

Первый заместитель Министра энергетики и угольной промышленности Украины Игорь Попович посетил 23 мая Луганскую область с рабочей поездкой. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба Луганской ОГА.

В рамках поездки И. Попович встретился с председателем Луганской облгосадминистрации Владимиром Пристюком. Глава облгосадминистрации отметил, что у региона давно налажено тесное и плодотворное сотрудничество с Министерством энергетики и угольной промышленности Украины, что помогает оперативно и с хорошей результативностью решать большинство возникающих проблемных вопросов. Однако есть ряд вопросов, которые находятся вне компетенции областной власти, и даже Министерство не может решить их самостоятельно, например, вопросы реализации угля и обеспечения льготным топливом, а также погашения задолженности по зарплате, которая возникла из-за отсутствия реализации продукции.

Что касается проблемы с реализацией угля, то она, по словам первого заместителя Министра, усугубилось после аварии на Углегорской ТЭС. Напомним, что после произошедшего на станции 29 марта пожара, в результате которого серьезно повреждены четыре энергоблока, работавших на угле, ТЭС остановлена на неопределенный срок. Соответственно нарушена стабильность рынка сбыта для государственных угледобывающих предприятий Донецкой и Луганской областей, которые отгружали на станцию ежемесячно около 200 тыс. тонн топлива, что в денежном эквиваленте составляет порядка 128 млн. грн.

«Однако главное – чтобы не остановилось производство. Юрий Бойко и руководители отрасли уже подписали соответствующие протокольные поручения. Есть график, как будет забираться продукция со всех угольных предприятий. Причем график на май выполнен уже на 75%, и есть предпосылки, что до конца месяца он будет выполнен практически полностью», – заявил И.Попович.

При этом он подчеркнул, что – несмотря на сложности с реализацией продукции – ни на одном предприятии отрасли объем добычи не будет ниже того, который позволяет обеспечить выплату заработной платы и покрыть другие социальные статьи.
