По 5-ти «копанкам», выявленным на Луганщине на прошлой неделе, возбуждены дела

5 «копанок» выявлено в Луганской области на прошлой неделе. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба прокуратуры Луганской области.

С целью обеспечения законности при добыче полезных ископаемых прокуратурой области совместно с УМВД Украины в Луганской области, УСБУ в Луганской области создана совместная межведомственная группа по выявлению мест незаконной добычи полезных ископаемых.

Такие мобильные оперативные группы созданы в угольных районах и городах области.

Только за прошлую неделю этими группами выявлено 5 фактов незаконной добычи угля на территории Антрацитовского района, города Свердловска.

Изъяты 74 тонны горной массы, три экскаваторы, бульдозеры, 5 грузовых автомобилей, 12 единиц горного оборудования (лебедки, компрессоры, ресиверы).

По выявленным фактам в отношении виновных лиц возбуждены уголовные дела по признакам преступлений, предусмотренных ст. 240 ч. 2 УК Украины, следствие продолжается.
