День абитуриента для социологов
26 января 2013 года (суббота) в Луганском национальном университет имени Тараса Шевченко состоится День абитуриента.
С 8.30 кафедра философии и социологии ожидает выпускников средних школ и их родителей. Кафедра приглашает на учебу по специальности «Социология».

Социология – наиболее фундаментальная наука об обществе, изучающая различные социальные группы и общественные процессы. Социология – это средство решения острых общественных проблем, улучшения условий жизни людей.
Луганский национальный университет имени Т. Шевченко стал первым ВУЗом Донбасса, начавшим готовить социологов с 1994 г. Подготовка социологов осуществляется по трем уровням: бакалавр, специалист и магистр. При выпускающей кафедре философии и социологии действует аспирантура по специальности – специальные и отраслевые социологии. На кафедре философии и социологии подготовкой социологов занимаются известные специалисты в Украине.
Будущие социологи получают фундаментальную подготовку по социологическим и общеобразовательным дисциплинам. При кафедре действует социологическая лаборатория, это позволяет большое внимание уделять формированию у будущих специалистов-социологов навыков практической работы.
Специальность «Социология» входит в число специальностей, которые дают преимущество при занятии должностей на государственной службе.
