Новый директор Стахановского трамвайно-троллейбусного управления рассказал «Собеседнику» о планах и перспективах развития предприятия и о том, чем собираются заменить на городских маршрутах канувший в Лету электротранспорт.
— Трамвайно-троллейбусный парк давным-давно пуст, троллею всю поснимали, сейчас полным ходом идет демонтаж рельсового пути. Так чем же будет в таком случае заниматься ваше управление, Виталий Викторович?— интересуюсь у директора ТТУ Виталия ТОДОРОВА.
— Если все сложится благополучно, — а я в этом абсолютно уверен — на первом этапе мы сможем приобрести как минимум пять автобусов украинского производства. Естественно, самых обычных, а не электробусов, стоимость которых составляет порядка 2,5 миллиона гривень. Не говоря уже о транспортных расходах (их нужно привезти из России) и растаможке — окончательная цифра в итоге может составить 3 и более миллиона.
Возвращаясь к автобусам, которыми собираемся перевозить пассажиров, отмечу, что планируем установить фиксированный тариф на проезд — однозначно, он будет меньше существующих на маршрутах. Выделят нам из госбюджета субвенцию на проезд льготников, естественно, будем и их перевозить на безоблатной основе. Почему нет?!
— Ваше заявление на одной из последних сессий горсовета о том, что ТТУ запустит на маршрутах электробусы, честно говоря, мало кто воспринял всерьез. Чего нам только ни обещали за последние годы...
— Зря вы иронизируете. Если стоимость электробуса составит до 1 миллиона гривень — он станет доступен и его будет реально приобрести. Скажем, цена на автобусы марки «Богдан», на базе которых собираются «лепить» электробусы, составляет примерно 300 тысяч гривень. Цена на этот же бусик, но только на аккумуляторной тяге, естественно, вырастет, но, думаю, не намного. Такая перспектива действительно существует.
— Это — отдаленная перспектива?
— Думаю, через год—два — не больше — вы увидите эти машины на городских маршрутах.
— Когда ждать появления обычных автобусов от ТТУ?
— Наша первоочередная задача — погасить до конца года имеющуюся кредиторскую задолженность, в том числе и перед Пенсионным фондом. Когда я принял предприятие, долг составлял 3,7 миллиона гривень. Нам уже удалось погасить один миллион, реализовав оставшуюся на складе троллею.
Рельсовый путь, ведущий из Ирмино в Стаханов, сейчас демонтируется донецкими подрядчиками, а не разворовывается, как ошибочно думают горожане. Его реализация позволит нам выйти в «ноль» по долгам. Планируем также продать три троллейбуса, находящиеся на территории предприятия. Год назад их оценили в один миллион, приезжали представители из Алчевска и Краснодона, но их предложения нас не устроили. Будем заниматься этим вопросом и постараемся как можно быстрее реализовать «рогатики», а на вырученные средства приобретем новые автобусы. Можно также, продав рельсовый путь на территории ТТУ и в районе Центрального рынка (разворотное кольцо), закупить еще несколько бусиков. Ну не ждать же нам пока сгниют оставшиеся рельсы?! Я вот смотрел на демонтированный путь в Ирмино и глазам своим не поверил — там были рельсы 1928 и 1936 годов. Ума не приложу, как по ним еще сравнительно недавно трамваи ездили?
— На сессии вы также заявили, что в ТТУ сейчас трудятся 16 человек. Предыдущий директор озвучивал другие цифры, значительно большие…
— Не знаю, что говорил мой предшественник. Я принял коллектив такой, какой есть. Никого не сокращал. Основная часть работников — сторожа.
— Какой доход ТТУ составляет от предоставления в аренду помещений и паркомест предпринимателям?
— Порядка 27 тысяч гривень ежемесячно, что составляет более половина фонда зарплаты нашего управления. Поступления, разумеется, нужно увеличить — у нас много пустующих помещений, боксов. Их также можно было бы сдавать в аренду, но для начала необходимо обзавестись собственной мини-котельной. Согласитесь, в холодное помещение никто не придет. Решим этот вопрос — и тогда вплотную займемся ремонтом здания.
— Вы с оптимизмом рассуждаете о ТТУ, об автобусах нового поколения. Можно сделать предположение, что заручились поддержкой городских властей?
— Мне интересно строить, созидать. Городские власти дали указание сохранить ТТУ и я сделаю все от себя зависящее, чтобы поднять предприятие с колен.
