Практически у каждого человека есть странные, смешные или глупые вопросы. Во всяком случае, такими они кажутся на первый взгляд. Иногда они мучают нас всю жизнь, на некоторые мы можем получить ответ, просто забив их в поисковик или задав их специалисту. Ostrovok выяснил, на какие вопросы хотели бы получить ответы любознательные луганчане. И вот что из этого получилось.
Тайна Aquafresh
Как не парадоксально, самый распространенный вопрос из далекого детства касается трехцветной зубной пасты Aquafresh.
Пытливый детский ум не мог понять, как ее запихнули в тюбик, и почему ее разноцветные полоски не перемешиваются. Как оказалось, не один человек мял тюбик, однако «на выходе» появлялась паста с идеально ровненькими полосками. И так до последних граммов. Тем, кто до сих пор не распотрошил тюбик с пастой, демонстрируем, как выглядит содержимое полного тюбика внутри.
Перед тем как вскрыть тюбик с зубной пастой, мы на пару часов бросили его в морозильную камеру. Но вопреки ожиданиям, паста напрочь отказалась застывать. Поэтому при разрезе тубы, полоски немного размазались.
Оказалось, что вопрос «ровных полосочек» не имеет национальности и носит поистине планетарный масштаб. А пока на официальном сайте Aquafresh, производитель зубной пасты отвлекает потребителя рекомендациями, как правильно чистить зубы и рассказывает о необходимости сокращать потребление кофе, любопытный народ выкладывает на youtube видео с содержимым тюбиков.
Итак, как же паста попадает в тюбик? После перемешивания всех ингредиентов (абразивная пудра, красители и в самом конце отдушка) в реакторе (о-о-о-о-огромная такая кастрюля) готовая паста по трубам поступает в тубонабивную машину. А из нее готовая паста попадает в тубу. Аппарат для производства цветной пасты такой же точно, только дозаторов несколько. А за то, что цветная паста не перемешивается, отвечают технологи производства. Они следят, чтобы консистенция всех цветов была абсолютно одинаковой. Уж кто-кто, а они точно знают, что все цвета зубной пасты должны иметь одинаковую плотность. И тогда зубная паста практически не перемешивается, даже если тюбик хорошенько помять.
Мастер-оптик - «загадочная» профессия
«Как в оправу вставляют линзы? Даже не знаю, что это за профессия такая… кстати, а где этому учат?» - спросили у издания.
По статистике ВОЗ, каждый третий житель планеты страдает нарушениями зрения. Так кто же эти люди, которые помогают нам увидеть мир заново?
Оказалось, что специалист, который ремонтирует очки и вставляет линзы в оправу, называется «мастер-оптик» и найти его в Луганске не так-то просто.
То есть все знают, что они есть, но почему-то их никто не видел. В обычной жизни эти специалисты встречаться немного чаще, чем настройщики органов. А попасть к ним в мастерскую еще сложней. К сожалению, мастер по изготовлению очков и ремонту оправ попросил не называть своего имени и наотрез отказался фотографироваться, но, как мне показалось, с радостью, посвятил нас в процесс работы.
Изготовление очков выглядит следующим образом.
После того, как врач офтальмолог выписал рецепт и продавец-консультант помог подобрать оправу, можно приступать к работе. Для начала – центруется линза, расстояние между центрами линз обязательно должно соответствовать расстоянию между зрачками. Затем сканируется форма оправы. Эти и последующие этапы процесса создания очков, сейчас выполняют на современном французском оптическом оборудовании Essilor. После чего шлифовальный станок обрабатывает линзу по контуру. Вопреки распространенному убеждению, для того чтобы закрепить линзу в оправе, клей не требуется – она держится в оправе благодаря специально обработанным краям линзы (V-образный фасет). «В моей мастерской клея нет, - мастер удивленно разводит руками, - это, как минимум, не профессионально. Для того, чтобы вставить линзу в пластиковую оправу, оправу нагревают специальным феном.
А чтобы собрать очки с винтовым креплением, в оптической линзе сверлятся отверстия.
В Украине специалистов готовят в Харьковском техникуме медицинского оборудования.
В России есть всего 2 государственных образовательных учреждения, которые проводят обучение по специальности «Медицинская оптика», один из колледжей находится в Москве, второй - в Санкт-Петербурге.
