В Краснодоне завершен очередной проект в рамках реализации социальной программы группы «Метинвест» «Город – нашими руками»
Это знаменательное событие произошло во вторник, 22 января, в городской детской больнице: генеральный директор ПАО «Краснодонуголь» Александр Ангеловский и Краснодонский городской голова Юрий Баклагов перерезали красную ленточку на входе в обновленную клиническую лабораторию этого медицинского учреждения. А начало ее модернизации было положено в июне минувшего года, когда подводили итоги объявленного «Краснодонуглем» конкурса «Город – нашими руками» и из 22 заявок, поданных общественными организациями и инициативными группами населения, победителями были признаны пять проектов, на реализацию которых ПАО выделило по 50 тысяч гривень. Одним из них стал проект, предложенный коллективом лаборатории детской больницы. Исполняющий обязанности ее главного врача Алексей Шаповалов тогда не скрывал своей радости: многое оборудование лаборатории не обновлялось десятилетиями, поиски спонсоров были безуспешными, и вот – такая возможность! Сегодня у медиков есть основания для еще большей радости.
- Мы завершили ремонт и обновление клинической лаборатории в нашем учреждении, – рассказывает Алексей Шаповалов. – На выделенные 50 тысяч гривень закупили оборудование, которое облегчит работу лаборантов, сделает ее более современной и, что самое главное, позволит проводить лабораторные исследования качественней, быстрей и эффективней. Причем они будут для родителей такими же бесплатными, как и теперь, ведь не все могут пойти в частную лабораторию и заплатить 50 гривень за клинический анализ.
Руководитель больницы с нескрываемым удовольствием демонстрирует гостям все, что приобретено в рамках проекта. Это воздушный стерилизатор, водяная баня для выпаривания пробирок, по два бинокулярных микроскопа большого увеличения и лейкоцитарных счетчика, лабораторная центрифуга, сумка-укладка для забора крови вне лаборатории. Самое ценное приобретение, по словам Алексея Шаповалова, – фотоэлектронный калориметр, который позволяет вычислять показатели крови в автоматическом режиме, тогда как раньше лаборантам приходилось многие из этих функций выполнять, что называется, руками и глазами. Понятно приподнятое настроение и работников лаборатории, тем более что, кроме оборудования, сюда закуплена и новая мебель, и новый вытяжной шкаф, а также произведен капитальный ремонт помещений. Как заметил и.о. главврача, его делали не за средства проекта, а общими усилиями медиков, города, спонсоров. В самом деле, нельзя было всю эту модерновую начинку заносить в кабинеты устаревшего и изношенного вида.
Так что приподнятое настроение работающих здесь лаборанток вполне понятно. «Конечно же, у нас стало намного лучше, – говорит Лиля Петрища. – Я работаю двенадцать с половиной лет, и это у нас первый такой шаг вперед». С ней согласны коллеги Карина Жарикова и Эльвира Богатырева: для лаборанток теперь совсем другие условия работы.
Высоко оценивает этот «шаг вперед» и мэр Краснодона Юрий Баклагов. Программа «Город – нашими руками», по его словам, рождена заботой местных угольщиков о благополучии города и здоровье его жителей, особенно детей. Так что и «Метинвесту», и ПАО «Краснодонуголь» – большая благодарность от горожан за то, что уже сделано в рамках социального партнерства и будет сделано в будущем, в чем нет никаких сомнений.
Генеральный директор ПАО Александр Ангеловский поздравил руководителей больницы с реализацией проекта, которого без их инициативы могло и не быть. «Это важно и для нас как для предприятия, которое позиционирует себя социально ответственным, – сказал он, – и для города и его жителей, так как новое оборудование в детской больнице позволит качественней диагностировать и лечить наших самых маленьких жителей».
Напомним, это не первый, и как сказал Александр Ангеловский, не последний проект группы «Метинвест» и входящего в нее «Краснодонугля», направленный на совершенствование медицинского обслуживания земляков. В прошлом году, например, угольщики закупили для города два автомобиля «скорой помощи», сейчас рассматривается вопрос обеспечения медицинским оборудованием центральной городской больницы. Кроме того, более чем на полтора миллиона гривень было приобретено необходимое медицинское оборудование для Луганского областного ожогового центра.
А программа «Город – нашими руками» как раз тем и примечательна, что вовлекает к участию в решении проблем местной громады самих горожан. Александр Ангеловский призвал жителей Краснодона, Молодогвардейска и Суходольска: если у них есть дельные идеи по благоустройству их населенных пунктов, улучшению благосостояния их жителей, расширению сферы услуг и так далее, социально ответственный бизнес поддержит эти начинания. Главное – не быть безразличными – то, как мы все вместе живем, зависит от каждого. В этом убеждают и проекты от населения, ставшие победителями конкурса в прошлом году. Мы уже сообщали о завершении создания детской площадки в Молодогвардейске. Второй законченный проект – обновление лаборатории детской больницы. Еще три – две детские площадки и «Европейский дворик» – будут презентованы весной.
Благополучие жителей региона присутствия «Метинвеста» – главный приоритет социальной политики компании, и это подтверждается многими примерами из жизни Краснодона и Луганщины в целом.
