Оперуполномоченные уголовного розыска городского отделения-2 Артемовского райотдела милиции задержали 19-летнего Антона (имена изменены), обоснованно подозреваемого в совершении разбойного нападения на молодую луганчанку. Четыре года назад задержанный уже был героем сюжетов криминальной хроники. Будучи еще подростком, он совершил тяжкое преступление – убийство взрослого мужчины. Потерпевший погиб от многочисленных ножевых ранений. В августе этого года молодой человек вышел на свободу…
В первый ноябрьский вечер 23-летняя Алиса по знакомой дороге возвращалась с работы домой. До подъезда оставалось пройти лишь несколько метров. Девушка даже не подозревала, что за ней кто-то наблюдает.
Все произошло мгновенно. Чья-то рука обхватила Алису сзади за шею. Перед глазами промелькнуло острое лезвие ножа, которое уперлось ей в горло. Незнакомец, лица которого Алиса видеть не могла, охотился за ее сумкой. Девушка оказалась не из робкого десятка, и не спасовала перед вооруженным бандитом. Она попыталась вывернуться.
«Лишь бы остаться живой», – рассказывала Алиса, когда весь ужас пережитого остался позади.
Незнакомец цепко схватил свою жертву за руку, в которой та держала мобильный телефон. Теперь Алиса смогла увидеть в темноте щуплый силуэт невзрачного парня. Заполучив сумку, он выхватил и телефон. Здесь нужно отдать должное смелости Алисы, которая смогла еще и «вести переговоры» с грабителем. Она попросила вернуть ей sim-карту, хранившую важную для Алисы информацию. Незнакомец «великодушно» отдал девушке на время телефон, чтобы она извлекла из него «симку». Внимательно наблюдая за ее действиями, он заметил, что Алиса пытается незаметно набрать номер. Крепко удерживая в руках чужую женскую сумку и, не обращая внимания на то, что перед ним беззащитная девушка, парень повалил ее на землю, пытаясь отобрать телефон. Он не выпускал из рук нож, продолжая манипулировать им перед лицом жертвы, чтобы окончательно ее запугать. Алиса не сдавалась и, как могла, пыталась отвести от себя руку злодея с зажатым в ней ножом. Девушка не могла даже представить, что была на волоске от смерти, что этот напавший на нее незнакомец уже забрал жизнь у человека, и нож в его руках – это скорее закономерность, чем случайность. Она даже смогла, борясь со злодеем, отбросить свою сумку в сторону.
Но силы, конечно же, были не равны. Незнакомец, подхватив сумку, телефон и пакет, бросился бежать. Алиса видела, как молодой парень скрывается, унося с собой «добычу» и, чтобы обратить на себя внимание людей, закричала: «Пожар!». Однако на крики никто не отреагировал и на помощь так никто и не пришел. Немного придя в чувство, Алиса заметила, что невдалеке ремонтирует свою машину молодой мужчина. Он все видел, но смалодушничал, испугался. «Не готов был идти на нож», – позже оправдывался он.
К счастью, через короткое время на помощь прибыли сотрудники милиции, которых вызвала Алиса.
А тем временем Антон избавился от вещественных доказательств, выбросив пакет и сумку, предварительно вытащив содержимое, под ступеньки подъезда одного из домов в квартале Героев Сталинграда, и направился, несмотря на глубокую ночь, к своей подружке. В ее квартире Антон забросил нож за обеденный стол.
С чужими документами парень расправился варварски – он их просто сжег. О совершенном преступлении ему напоминали вещи жертвы: пластиковая банковская карточка, мобильный телефон, 300 гривен, 4 доллара США и 20 российских рублей.
Антон, как он считал, вроде бы все предусмотрел, заметая и запутывая следы. На него вышли через три дня - столько понадобилось сыщикам, чтобы собрать доказательную базу его прямого отношения к разбойному нападению. Начальник ГО-2 Артемовского райотдела милиции Артем Захарец, его коллеги – сотрудники уголовного розыска Евгений Круголь и Андрей Заяц задержали подозреваемого.
Данному гражданину уже было предъявлено обвинение в совершении преступления, предусмотренного статьей 187 «Разбой» Уголовного кодекса Украины. Согласно определенной законом мере наказания суд может его изолировать от общества на семь лет.
