Шахта "Новодружеская": после 10 лет забвения

Сергей Крючков возглавил шахту «Новодружеская» (Лисичанск ) считанные месяцы назад. Потомственный угольщик, работает здесь 16-й год, начинал проходчиком, горным мастером, предыдущая должность - главный инженер шахты.
- Сергей Викторович, известно, что уже десятый год «Новодружеская» практически не дает угля. Как вы оцениваете нынешнее положение шахты и что ей сулят новые приоритеты, обозначенные Президентом Виктором Януковичем, - обеспечить энергобезопасность страны собственными ресурсами? Не газом, который ныне слишком дорого нам обходится, а углем?
Для нас главная беда - нет добычного забоя, и шахта не может вести добычу в нормальных объемах. Да и тот уголь, что мы, не имея лавы, все-таки добываем, приходится выдавать на-гора только вагонетками. Это само по себе cдерживает добычу.
- Но она все-таки ведется?
В среднем, если считать с начала года, добываем 87 тонн угля в сутки.
- Как это выглядит в динамике?
Если сравнить с прошлым годом, в течение которого добыли всего 12 тысяч тонн, (ныне, на 15 ноября, - уже 27 тысяч), динамика вроде бы положительная, но это не тот результат, который можно считать достижением.
Шахта может добывать не менее полутора тысяч тонн угля в сутки, если ее оснастить современной техникой - горновыемочными комбайнами, конвейерами, мехкомплексом.
Чтобы этого достичь, нами подготовлено задание профильному институту «Луганскгипрошахт» на выполнение реконструкции шахты.
На прошлой неделе оно было утверждено в министерстве.
- «Новый путь» недавно сообщал, что в октябре у вас на шахте побывал министр энергетики и угольной промышленности Юрий Бойко и что «Новодружеской» выделено 10 миллионов «подъемных».
Это вас обнадеживает?
Ведь совсем недавно шахту грозились то закрыть, то поставить на сухую консервацию, то объединить...
Встречи с министром и дают надежду. А еще - сумма, которая выделяется на развитие шахты.
Если раньше нам выделяли триста тысяч гривен в год, ну, пятьсот, ныне речь идет о десяти миллионах.Вместе с Юрием Анатольевичем к нам приезжали специалисты из проектного института. Министр и перед нами, и перед институтом поставил задачу: в марте 2013 года шахта должна иметь проект реконструкции.Составлена программа на ближайшие три года, согласно которой мы должны построить ряд выработок, оснастить их стационарными ленточными конвейерами, выполнить ремонт комплекса и к декабрю 2014 года ввести одну лаву, а к апрелю 2015-го иметь две - с суммарной нагрузкой 1800 тонн в сутки.
Если на сегодня проектная мощность шахты составляет 450 тысяч тонн в год, то, осуществляя этот проект, мы хотим выйти на 650 тысяч.
Это дополнительные рабочие места для Новодружеска, где нет других предприятий, это путь к минимизации господдержки, а в дальнейшем, возможно, - полному отказу от нее.Финансовая самостоятельность будет способствовать стабилизации коллектива. Вот наши цели до января 2016 года.
- Цели хорошие, но ведь обещанные 10 миллионов на шахту пока не поступили...
Но они подтверждены министром, значит - поступят. Мы буквально на днях были в министерстве с отчетом и попутно справлялись о господдержке. Точная сумма, которая нам выделена, -11 миллионов 742 тысячи гривен.
- Вы для себя уже определили те ключевые точки, которые после финансовой подпитки сразу развяжут узлы?
Это ремонт двух породопогрузочных машин - он позволит увеличить темпы проведения выработок. Замена рельсовых проводников даст возможность увеличить скорость и производительность подъема, расширит фронт работ для проходчиков...
- О Проходчики сейчас являются и добычниками?
Да. Пока нет лавы. Но в будущем году мы хотели бы привлечь на шахту рабочих таких специальностей как крепильщик - для восстановления горных выработок, проходчик, а к 2014 году будем приглашать и грозов, чтобы задействовать лаву и добывать из нее по тысяче тонн угля в сутки.
- Кого здесь на шахте считаете своей надежной опорой?
Во-первых, Виктора Семеновича Дудникова, замдиректора по производству.
У этого человека душа болит за предприятие. Он по-доброму опекает начальников участков, делится советами.
Хочется отметить и Олега Григорьевича Хмелюка, Андрея Евгеньевича Шелехова - начальников участков, Тимофея Викторовича Мирошникова - замдиректора по охране труда.
Ответственные и надежные люди! А как не сказать о наших ветеранах.
Геннадий Николаевич Полушкин, Александр Михайлович Меншиков, имея за спиной большой опыт работы начальниками участков, сегодня выручают нас в диспетческой службе.
- Сергей Викторович, хочу напомнить, что задолго до вас, в 1954 году, как раз в ноябре, эту шахту возглавил человек, чей 100-летний юбилей в эти дни отмечает наш город, - Филипп Сидорович Капуста.
- Он руководил ею, пока не умер,- шел на работу и не дошел... За 18 лет успел многократно сократить травматизм и смертность и нарастить угледобычу.
Виктора Петровича Крючкова, вашего отца, тоже помнят как строгого и взыскательного директора, умеющего держать дисциплину и порядок.
Хотя времена ему достались уже не те, и внимание к отрасли было другое.
Но вам есть на кого равняться!
А скажите, Виктор Петрович вам по-отечески не сочувствует? Как технический директор «Лисичанскугля» он лучше других знает бедственное положение шахты.
Может, и сочувствует, но виду не подает.
А насчет равнения скажу - каждый из руководителей шахты делал все возможное и невозможное, чтобы шахта жила, чтобы не погибла в тяжелые кризисные годы.
- О Возможно, именно вам суждено вывести ее «в люди»

На это нацелены все наши дела и планы.
А к 100-летию Филиппа Сидоровича мы готовимся - исполком Новодружеского горсовета, лично мэр Новодружеска Владимир Павлович Передерий планируют торжественное мероприятие при активном участии профкома шахты во главе с Владимиром Афанасьевичем Шипом.
Знаю, что юбилейный вечер состоится и в Лисичанске, в краеведческом музее.
Ведь этот юбилей - не внутреннее дело Новодружеска и шахты.
Я верю: не за горами то время, когда дети и внуки соратников легендарного Филиппа Капусты придут в новые механизированные забои нашей шахты, чтобы дать стране большой уголь и вернуть былую славу родному Новодружеску.
