Несмотря на неоднократные предупреждения милиции о действиях телефонных аферистов, продолжаются факты мошенничества. С начала 2012 года Рубежанским ГО ГУМВД Украины в Луганской области было зафиксировано 10 фактов мошенничества, связанных с переводом денег с одного счета на другой. Общая сумма материального ущерба на сегодняшний день составила свыше 35 тыс. грн.
Напомним, как это обычно происходит.
На мобильный телефон жертвам поступает звонок, якобы из милиции, о том, что ваш родственник попал в неприятную историю или драку, в результате которой, кому-то нанесен материальный ущерб (разбит ноутбук, дорогой мобильный телефон, повреждена машина и т.д.). Вам предлагают, не возбуждая уголовного дела, «мирно решить этот вопрос» и компенсировать пострадавшей стороне материальный ущерб. Обычно называется сумма в несколько тысяч гривен, которую вам необходимо срочно перевести на определенный счет. Таким образом, вгоняя человека в ступор и манипулируя его стрессовым состоянием, подгоняя и не давая времени на осмысление ситуации, мошенники добиваются своей цели и человек в порыве желания быстро помочь родному человеку, выполняет их требования – перечисляет свои деньги неизвестным.
Потом, когда вы уже перечислили деньги, и взяли себя в руки, трезво оценив ситуацию, пострадавший вспоминает предупреждение милиции о том, что таким способом действуют мошенники. Созвонившись с родственником, который, якобы, попал в беду, человек выясняет, что с ним все в порядке и понимает, что стал жертвой мошенников. Не затрудняя сложными банковскими терминами, которые нужно долго объяснять, предлагаем вам самый доступный вариант остановить процесс перечисления ваших денег на счет мошенников. И еще – если на ваш телефон позвонил неизвестный и, называясь работником милиции, предлагает «урегулировать» происшествие, произошедшее с вашим сыном (дочерью, мужем, братом), постарайтесь успокоиться и задать несколько простых вопросов – узнать, где работает «милиционер», его должность, звание, фамилию. После чего свяжитесь с указанным подразделением ОВД, узнайте – работает ли там такой сотрудник, на месте ли он. Или постарайтесь дозвониться до родственника. Не нервничайте, если после первого же гудка трубку не возьмут – возможно звонок просто не слышат или не успевают взять. Помните, что в случае, если это действительно работник милиции требует у вас взятку – то ему грозит статья 368 Уголовного кодекса «Получение взятки». Хотя, скорее всего, это самозванец, и к нему могут быть применены санкции статьи 353 УК Украины «Самовольное присвоение власных полномочий или звания служебного лица» и статьи 190 «Мошенничество», что грозит длительным сроком заключения.
