В Северодонецке осуждён и получил срок "...пять лет с лишением права занимать должности, связанные с выполнением организационно-распорядительных функций и занятием административно-хозяйственной деятельностью, сроком на 2 года, с испытательным сроком от отбывания наказания 1 год...", бывший начальник налоговой милиции Бецун С.В. С экс-налоговика взыскано в пользу Носикова Н.Н. ущерб, причиненный преступлением, в размере 142,0 тыс. грн...".

Так закончилось расследование уголовного дела с вынесением Лисичанским городским судом Луганской области приговора господину Бецуну С.В., бывшему начальнику налоговой милиции Северодонецка, за одно из преступлений за время его руководства данным подразделением, которое уже вступило в законную силу, .

Как это было?

В 1994 году на территории Северодонецкого ДОКа был построен ангар для производственных нужд. Строительство было осуществлено на территории ДОКа предприятием ООО «НПФ Доминанта», по договоренности с директором ДОКа (договора, сметы, оплаты и прочие документы имеются в наличии – прим. автора). Затем данное строение было передано в собственность учредителю предприятия, его построившего, Носикову Н.Н.

В 2000 году, этот ангар, размером 30 х 50 = 1 500 м², попадает в поле зрения налоговой милиции Северодонецка, которая, не выдержав установленного законодательством срока 1 год и, получив справку из Северодонецкого исполкома о том, что объект бесхозный, продает его через специализированное предприятие, за 10 тысяч гривен (сумма вызывает сомнение – прим. автора).

Попытки собственника ангара доказать о том, что этот ангар принадлежит ему, не увенчались успехом. Да и силы на тот момент были неравны.Он получал ответы о том, что данное строение нигде не зарегистрировано, ни в БТИ, ни в других каких либо органах (хотя регистрация временных сооружений не обязательна – прим. автора), а поэтому было продано, как бесхозное. .

Тогда собственник ангара, площадью 1500 кв.м. и проданного за 10 тыс. грн., решил обратиться в суд. Судебные тяжбы длились более 10 лет, менялись суды, судьи, но правда в конечном итоге восторжествовала - начальник налоговой милиции, хотя и бывший, но осужден.

В 2005 году, в журнале «Бизнес» №30 от 25 июля, Станислав Бецун написал открытое письмо-исповедь «От наказания не уйти», которое очевидно стало его раскаянием в совершенных грехах, которое будет представлено на страницах сайта в ближайшее время.
