Луганщина чудом избежала техногенной катастрофы

Металл уже давно стал излюбленной добычей людей, перебивающихся случайными заработками. И всё чаще «мишенью» криминальных личностей, позарившихся на металлическое добро, становятся системы жизнеобеспечения городов. «Старатели» не задумываются не только о личной безопасности, но и о том, что зачастую подобного рода деятельность может стать причиной настоящих стихийных бедствий. Недавно по вине охотников за металлом на Луганщине едва не произошла техногенная катастрофа.

Случай произошёл в Лисичанске. Как рассказали «ОстроВу» в пресс-службе областного управления МВД, в дежурную часть городского отдела милиции вечером позвонил неизвестный мужчина. Он рассказал, что находится на одной из улиц города и наблюдает за непонятным явлением: со стороны поля, куда он смотрит, темноту освещают какие-то «бенгальские огни». Прохожий предположил, что это может быть авария на линии электропередачи, либо кто-то разрезает металл газосваркой. Тогда мужчина ещё не знал, что, сообщив это правоохранителям, предотвратил ужасную трагедию.

Сотрудники уголовного розыска и инспекторы патрульной службы выехали на указанное место. Оказалось, что посреди поля, сразу за поселком, трое мужчин демонтировали металлические уголки с опоры линий высоковольтных электропередач.

«Это действительно стратегически важные линии, основные, так называемые, несущие опоры – анкерные. Они – системоообразующие для Лисичанска», - рассказала «ОстроВу» пресс-секретарь Луганского энергетического объединения Ирина Коростелёва.

Специалисты-энергетики отмечают, что последствия такого воровства были бы огромны, нанесенный ущерб – колоссальным.

Дело в том, что эти линии снабжают электроэнергией очень важные объекты, в частности, Рубежанский казённый химический завод «Заря» и Северодонецкую ТЭЦ 2, пояснили в ЛЭО.

«Завод «Заря» - производитель не только опасных химических продуктов, но и взрывчатых веществ. Конечно, если бы такой объект остался без электроэнергии, это могло привести к катастрофе!, - уверяет Коростелёва. - Если бы воры срезали ещё хоть немного этих металлических уголков, опоры бы рухнули и потянули за собой линии электропередач».

По счастливой случайности масштабную аварию предотвратил небезразличный прохожий.

Затем поработали правоохранители, которые застали злоумышленников как раз «за работой». Те - бросились бежать. Но одному «не повезло» - через считанные минуты его задержали.

Как оказалось, охотники за металлом, вооружённые специальной техникой, успели срезать уголки, общим весом 2,5 тонн.

«В панике они бросили автомобиль ВАЗ с двумя прицепами, газовый резак, а также обрез охотничьего ружья. Иными словами, и орудие преступления, и транспорт, на котором они хотели вывезти свою «добычу» – все это было найдено на месте происшествия, - рассказали в милиции. - Но предстояло самое главное – задержать воров. На след еще одного подозреваемого удалось выйти еще через три часа. Вскоре задержали и третьего …».

Все задержанные - жители Лисичанска. Младшему - всего 22 года, старшему – 35. Последний, как выяснилось, и был инициатором этого «подвига» с риском для жизни и города. Как отмечают работники ЛЭО, смертельная опасность угрожала и самим ворам, ведь мощность высоковольтных линий электропередач достигает десятитысячной отметки. Знали ли злоумышленники, что работают под таким напряжением ?

В милиции отмечают, что именно младший и средний по возрасту подвергались особой смертельной опасности, демонтируя ЛЭП, а в это время «наставник» наблюдал со стороны за происходящим, ничем не рискуя.

По данному факту открыто уголовное производство по части 2 статьи 194-1 УК Украины (намеренное повреждение объектов электроэнергетики). Задержанным грозит от 3 до 10 лет тюрьмы. А энергоснабжающему предприятию предстоит ещё подсчитать убытки.

«Кражи электрооборудования – это не только серьезный экономический подрыв энергокомпании, но и безопасность населения, - бьют тревогу в «ЛЭО». - Мы хотим, чтобы это слышали все!».

И приводят статистику: с начала 2012-го г. расхитители металла нанесли Луганскому энергетическому объединению ущерб более, чем в 2 миллиона гривен. И с сожалением констатируют: возле каждого столба милиционера не поставишь. Приходиться только взывать к совести граждан. На сей раз катастрофы в Лисичанске удалось избежать, но гарантии, что не будет другой пока не могут дать ни энергетики, ни правоохранители.
