Феномен Игоря Швайки

Не так давно в Луганске провел пресс-конференцию инициатор общественного движения ЧЕСНО Олег Рыбачук. Рассказал о проведенном активистами движения мониторинге работы депутатов Верховной Рады нынешнего созыва.
Депутатам предлагали обнародовать свои биографии, а также информацию об официальных помощниках и общественных приемных и рассказать, как расходуются деньги (17 тыс. грн. в месяц), выделяемые государством на осуществление парламентариями депутатской деятельности. Говоря об итогах этого мониторинга, Рыбачук отметил, что удивила реакция ВО «Свобода»: эта политическая сила оказалась очень непрозрачной, и наотрез отказалась обнародовать информацию, не являющуюся конфиденциальной, не содержащую государственную или коммерческую тайну.
Однако избиратели должны знать, кого они выбрали в высший законодательный орган государства. Да, не секрет, что Луганская область – совсем не тот регион, где украинские националисты могут рассчитывать на горячую поддержку. Тем не менее, на прошлогодних парламентских выборах Луганская область отдала за ВО «Свобода» 1,29% голосов, что в 3,5 раза, больше чем на местных выборах 2010 г.
Выходит, депутаты, попавшие в парламент от этой политической силы, оказались там и благодаря жителям Луганщины. Более того, во фракции «Свободы» есть и наш земляк – Игорь Швайка, проживший значительную часть своей жизни в Лутугино, окончивший там школу.
Согласитесь, человек, сформировавшийся как личность на Востоке Украины, а затем ставший одной из наиболее ярких фигур национал-патриотического движения – случай если не уникальный, то уж точно заслуживающий внимания. Ведь такая личность наверняка формировалась в очень интересных обстоятельствах.
Не так давно я прочел интервью издателя и общественного деятеля Влада Кириченко, в котором он заявил, «что если человек вырастает на Востоке украинцем, то из него можно делать гвозди»: мол, «быть украинцем в Галичине гораздо более логично и понятно». Полагаю, уважаемый издатель несколько сгущает краски, но суть передана верно.
Потому мы и решили выяснить, как формировался украинский националист Игорь Швайка, полагая, что у человека с таким настоящим и прошлое должно быть по меньшей мере неординарным. Были готовы к любым неожиданностям. Неожиданности не заставили себя ждать. И – какие неожиданности!
«Разговаривал только на русском языке»
Зинаида Никитична Коваленко давно разменяла восьмой десяток лет, но, несмотря на почтенный возраст, продолжает работать: преподает в Лутугинской школе № 2 немецкий язык. А в 1993 году она выпустила класс, где два ученика получили золотые медали. Один из них – Игорь Швайка.
- Парень был изумительный: прекрасно учился, активно участвовал в школьной жизни, пел в самодеятельности, - рассказывает Зинаида Коваленко. – И я хочу, чтоб в моей памяти он оставался именно таким, каким запомнился в школе, потому особо не слежу за нынешней политической деятельностью Игоря. Отмечу, что я уважаю его выбор, хоть сама и не отношусь к симпатикам «Свободы», у меня другие взгляды. Но для меня Игорь Швайка, можно сказать, образец того, каким должен быть школьник: он и прекрасно учился, и занимался спортом, но в то же время очень доброжелательно относился ко всем одноклассникам. Игорь был абсолютно лишен тщеславия и гордыни, в которые из-за отсутствия жизненного опыта, нередко впадают школьники, имеющие большие успехи в учебе или физически более развитые, чем одноклассники. Игорь никогда не ставил себя выше остальных учеников в классе, был дружелюбен абсолютно со всеми.
Зинаида Никитична рассказала, что, будучи школьником, Игорь Швайка разговаривал на украинском языке только на уроках украинского языка и украинской литературы. А языком повседневного общения для него был русский:
- Русский был основным языком преподавания в нашей школе. Да и район у нас преимущественно русскоязычный. Кстати, немало учеников были освобождены от изучения украинского языка. Правда, Игорь украинский изучал.
Людмила Попова, одноклассница Игоря Швайки, также закончившая в 1993 году школу с золотой медалью, поведала, что пять лет назад, встретив школьного товарища на юбилее своей школы, была нешуточно удивлена:
- Я услышала, как Игорь разговаривает на украинском языке. Он прекрасно его освоил, можно сказать, сделал родным языком. Признаюсь, я даже не могу привести какой-либо другой пример того, как человек, много лет общавшийся преимущественно на русском языке, заговорил на украинском так, будто на этом языке произнес свои первые слова и впитал его, как говорится, с молоком матери. Я была приятно поражена.
Два разных человека
Не так давно Игорь Швайка провел встречу с избирателями в своем родном Лутугино.
- Я присутствовал на той встрече, - вспоминает председатель Лутугинского райсовета Виктор Бардаев. Многое меня там неприятно удивило и даже поразило. Но – особенно – такой эпизод: Борис Яремчук, бывший главный экономист нашего комбината по производству прокатных валков, спросил Швайку: «Игорь, что с тобой случилось? Я же знаю тебя с рождения, много лет знал твоего отца. Еще недавно ты был другим человеком. Что произошло?». И Швайка в грубой форме потребовал от своего 76-летнего земляка замолчать и слушать его. Свободовцы, пришедшие с ним, вели себя еще более вызывающе: грубили людям, показывали «фиги». Не удивительно, что та встреча продолжалась всего 18 минут, а потом люди ушли. Сам Швайка, похоже, так и не понял, что лутугинцы приходили совсем не за тем, чтоб услышать рассказ о парламентском комитете, в котором он работает, об акции «Вставай, Украина!», о необходимости украинизировать все и вся. Он говорил об этом. А людям хотелось знать, как на уровне законодательной власти будут решаться важнейшие проблемы государства, как в этом будет участвовать «Свобода». И у меня был вопрос: о том, как получить господдержку на восстановление сети детских дошкольных учреждений. Мы строим детский комбинат на 165 мест, и, увы, проект финансируется с большим трудом. Но разговора о проблемах, о жизни не получилось. У меня возникло впечатление, что Игорь Швайка или невольно, или сознательно своим поведением еще более отвращал людей от своей политической силы, которая и так, мягко говоря, не пользуется большой популярностью на Луганщине. Интересно, знает ли руководство ВО «Свобода» о том, как депутат «пропагандирует» свою партию?
- Игорь Швайка нынешний и Игорь Швайка периода его жизни в Лутугино – два не то что разных, а диаметрально противоположных человека, - резюмировал Виктор Бардаев.
Управляющая делами Лутугинского райсовета Ирина Кицена по образованию – педагог, она много лет отдала работе в школе. Ее коллегой был и отец Игоря Швайки, Александр Иванович.
- Я хорошо знаю эту семью. Поверьте, ни Александр Иванович (увы, его уже нет в живых), ни его супруга, ни их дочь, сестра Игоря, никогда не отличались какими-то крайне правыми взглядами. Это высококультурная и очень интеллигентная семья. Я больше была знакомы с Александром Ивановичем, так как мы были коллегами: он сначала преподавал музыку в общеобразовательной школе, потом работал в Лутугинской музыкальной школе, был ее директором, а завершил трудовую деятельность на нашем комбинате по производству прокатных валков. Александр Иванович был умнейшим, очень добрым и светлым человеком. У меня остались о нем только хорошие воспоминания. Игорь тоже рос таким человеком. Я не была с ним близко знакома. Но, видя его в Лутугино, хорошо к нему относилась. Действительно, это был нормальный парень. И все мы радовались его успехам. Потому я была просто колоссально поражена, когда примерно года три назад увидела его на одном из мероприятий. Я не узнала Игоря, я видела совершенно другого человека: агрессивного, категорически не приемлющего точек зрения и взглядов, отличающихся от его позиции. Как будто подменили! Для меня это был шок.
Прогресс или мимикрия?
Ирина Кицена считает, что ее земляк так изменился ради политической карьеры. Согласна с ней и Татьяна Заиграева директор Лутугинской специализированной школы № 2, которую в 1993 году закончил Игорь Швайка.
- Последний раз я общалась с Игорем осенью прошлого года во время избирательной кампании. Впрочем, «общалась» - это громко сказано, - рассказала Татьяна Егоровна. - Мы поговорили минут десять. В тот день у меня было много дел по работе. В перерыв я ненадолго зашла в столовую. Спустя некоторое время туда же зашел он. Сказал, что от ВО «Свобода» курирует избирательную кампанию партии в Луганской области. Заговорил о необходимости возрождать все украинское, о языковом вопросе. Я ответила, что у меня-то с украинским языком все в порядке: знаю его хорошо, так как на нем ведется делопроизводство, приходят нормативные документы и методические материалы. Однако мой родной язык – русский. Да и возраст у меня не тот, чтоб что-то кардинально менять. Игорь ответил шаблонной фразой о том, что меняться никогда не поздно. В общем, разговора у нас не получилось. Я отметила, что он даже не пытался ничего узнать о наших проблемах, о том, чего бы мы хотели от политиков, которые по результатам выборов придут во власть. Сделала очень неутешительный для себя вывод: наш выпускник просто пришел показать себя, каким он стал, похвастаться. Было крайне неприятно. Столько лет знала человека одним, а вдруг увидела нечто совершенно иное.
Татьяна Заиграева убеждена, что нынешний имидж Игоря Швайки – работа на публику, следствие желания попасть в большую политику, затратив минимум времени и приложив минимум усилий:
- ВО «Свобода» - политическая сила с относительно небольшой внутрипартийной конкуренцией, тем более – на Востоке Украины. Потому умный и деятельный человек там может сделать карьеру быстрее, чем в других партиях. Я так предполагаю. Конечно, чтоб пробиться наверх в крайне правой националистической партии, нужно иметь соответствующий имидж, вести себя определенным образом. Вот Игорь и старается. Думаю, он ставит для себя очень амбициозные цели, хочет как можно скорее добиться результата. У меня нет другого объяснения того, что в школьные и в студенческие годы он был одним человеком, а сейчас кардинально изменился. Причем, изменился не так давно. Я несколько раз виделась с Игорем, когда он был студентом Национальной юридической академии им. Ярослава Мудрого. Тогда не замечала в нем никаких перемен. А потом… Потом, наверное, человек сделал выбор: быть успешным юристом (с его способностями он наверняка преуспел бы в профессии) или ярким политиком, пусть неоднозначно оцениваемым, но – на виду, на слуху… Я это понимаю. Принять, правда, не могу. Особенно его стремления быть, как говорится, «святее Папы», доказать, что свободовцы с Востока Украины – самые радикальные и непримиримые. Как только я смотрю или читаю о каких-либо «подвигах» ВО «Свобода», Игорь – в первых рядах: он и в парламенте дерется, и ломает памятник Ленину в Ахтырке… Человек как будто отчаянно стремится себе и другим людям доказать, насколько он верен «генеральной линии».
Впрочем, некоторые педагоги считают, что стремление сделать политическую карьеру все же несколько изменило Игоря Швайку и как личность.
- Как-то мне попалось интервью Игоря Швайки, в котором он рассказывал о школьных годах, - говорит Любовь Каминская, преподаватель украинского языка и литературы лутугинской школы № 2. – Читаю в этом интервью рассказ Игоря о том, что я якобы, услышав от него на уроке то, что меня не устраивало, брала из цветочного горшка комочек земли и бросала в него. Была потрясена! Ничего подобного не было! Игорь был одним из лучших моих учеников. Вы посмотрите классный журнал, сводную ведомость: он учился только на «5». Учителя были им очень довольны.
Классный руководитель Игоря Швайки Зинаида Коваленко, услышав эту историю, отреагировала еще более эмоционально:
- Такого быть не может! Это его слова?! Я этому не хочу верить! Я не слышала такой ереси!
- Любовь Семеновна Каминская – прирожденный педагог, - говорит Людмила Попова, одноклассница Игоря Швайки. – Да, Любовь Семеновна – очень принципиальный и требовательный учитель. Но у нее есть непреложное правило: не обидеть и не унизить ученика, уважать его достоинство. Я не знаю, о каком интервью Игоря говорила Любовь Семеновна, но ни разу не видела, чтоб она в кого-то из учеников чем-то бросила.
В этом году класс, в котором учился Игорь Швайка, отмечает юбилей – 20-летие выпуска.
- Я не знаю, готовится ли какое-то мероприятие, - сказала Людмила Попова. – Думаю, мы, ученики и учителя, все же соберемся. Надеюсь, увидим и Игоря. Тогда-то и можно будет понять, какой он сейчас. На самом деле.
