Банки рекордно нарастили прибыль

По результатам октября банковская система Украины показала рекордную за последние 10 месяцев прибыль в размере 1,02 млрд. грн., после убытка в 119 млн. грн. месяцем ранее. Факторами, способствующими стремительному росту доходов в прошлом месяце, эксперты называют снижение отчислений в резервы и активизацию розничного кредитования, с одновременным ростом доходности от операций на валютном рынке.
За десять месяцев 2012 г. отечественная банковская система получила прибыль в размере 3,79 млрд. грн., тогда как еще в сентябре результат был в 2,77 млрд. грн. Таким образом, в октябре чистая прибыль банков составила более 1 млрд. грн., что, по данным Национального банка, пока является наилучшим результатом за последние несколько лет.
Используя предвыборный ажиотаж, мало какой банк не поспешил заработать в сентябре-октябре на валютных спекуляциях. Напомним, в прошлом месяце курс продажи наличного доллара подскочил с 8,15 грн. до 8,19 грн., а на межбанке — с 8,13 грн. до 8,19 грн.
Так, по итогам трех кварталов наилучший результат от операций с иностранной валютой показали ПриватБанк — 448 млн. грн., Брокбизнесбанк — 207 млн. грн., Ощадбанк — 194 млн. грн., Укрэксимбанк — 128 млн. грн., и Ситибанк — 124 млн. грн.
В октябре чистые процентные доходы банков вновь устремились к средневзвешенному годовому показателю 4,2 млрд. грн., после сокращения на 300 млн. грн. в сентябре. Именно рост кредитного портфеля, по мнению опрошенных экспертов, стал одним из ключевых факторов прибыльности банков в указанный период.
Впрочем, утешительные результаты пока касаются лишь розничного кредитования. Так, по информации НБУ, в октябре прирост выданных населению займов составил 1,1 млрд. грн., хотя даже этого объема недостаточно для полноценной кредитной деятельности.
Кредитование же корпоративного сектора пока остается незначительным из-за макроэкономических проблем и постоянно растущих ставок по депозитам (10-25%) и, как следствие, кредитам (15-30%). Просто потому, что не разориться, взяв кредит по такой цене, мало какой бизнес сможет, да и население также.
«В данное время банки могут заработать деньги только на рознице, корпоративный сегмент таких доходов не дает. Поэтому банки, которые ориентируются больше на роботу с корпоративным сектором и плохо развивают розницу, либо несут убытки, либо имеют не очень высокую прибыль»,— комментирует президент Украинского аналитического центра Александр Охрименко.
Напомним, по итогам трех кварталов 2012 г. наибольшую доходность показали именно банки с большой сетью отделений и сильной розницей: ПриватБанк (991 млн. грн.), «ВТБ Банк» (693 млн. грн.) и Ощадбанк (411 млн. грн.).
При этом наиболее убыточными были «VAB Банк» с результатом минус 379 млн. грн., Universal Bank — 324 млн. грн., и Сведбанк — 252 млн. грн. Всего убыток показали 22 кредитно-финансовых учреждения, суммарный ущерб которых составил более 2 млрд. грн.
Стоит отметить, что далеко не все аутсайдеры видели причину плохой результативности своей деятельности в невозможности кредитования. Многие по-прежнему объясняют свои убытки старой несписанной кредитной задолженностью, под которую приходится формировать резервы.
По словам самих банкиров, система в целом еще не скоро сможет приступить к расформированию резервов, однако у многих банков это может получиться при условии успешной претензионно-исковой работы.
«Многое зависит здесь и от судебной системы. Если бы банки могли решить все свои судебные споры, то сразу же стали бы прибыльными. Но мы же понимаем, что некоторые судебные процессы могут быть затянуты на долгие годы»,— разводит руками Александр Охрименко.
В таких условиях банки ринулись получать процентный доход от кредитов на межбанке, где процентные ставки выросли с 20% до 50%. Впрочем, как отмечает генеральный директор агентства «Кредит-Рейтинг» Андрей Шевченко, ставки по ресурсу в ноябре-декабре, скорее всего, несколько просядут до привычных уже 20-25%.
«Безусловно, главной надеждой банковской системы является падение процентных ставок, что поможет оживить кредитование, а значит, увеличить и процентные доходы банков»,— комментирует начальник отдела анализа и исследований «Райффайзен Банка Аваль» Дмитрий Сологуб.
При этом главным залогом нормализации ситуации с процентными ставками банкир считает изменение валютно-курсовой политики НБУ. По его словам, если НБУ перейдет к более плавному курсообразованию, это постепенно высвободит девальвационные ожидания, что положительно отразится на процентных ставках.
Кроме того, «устаканивание» ситуации на валютном рынке позволит банкам привлекать длинные пассивы, что даст им возможность свободно их использовать на кредитование и на спекулятивные операции, увеличивая комиссионные доходы.
По прогнозам заместителя председателя правления банка «Даниэль» Василия Невмержицкого, конец года банковская система закончит с итоговым результатом 3-4 млрд. грн. прибыли.
При этом банкир отмечает, что в банковской системе начинается время выживания сильнейших. «Это банки, которые четко понимают оптимизационные процессы. Тот, кто придумает оптимальную структуру управления и воспользуется техническими процессами, будет иметь перспективу к активному развитию»,— говорит он. До конца года банки также должны будут наконец-то решить, что делать со своими старыми проблемными кредитами.
При этом, как говорят собеседники «і», можно даже не сомневаться, что регулятор будет способствовать позитивным сдвигам в работе банковской системы. Как говорит директор аналитической группы Da Vinci AG Анатолий Баронин, очевидно, что регулятор будет сдерживать рынок от шоковых потрясений, в том числе курсовых.
