На обучение в луганский Центр подготовки горнотехнических инспекторов приехали казахи
Специалисты государственного контроля в угольной промышленности Республики Казахстан проходят обучение в Центре подготовки государственных горнотехнических инспекторов при ГП «Луганский ЭТЦ». Об этом сообщает пресс-служба теруправления Госгорпромнадзора в Луганской области.
Обучение проходит в рамках установленного международного сотрудничества в 2012 г. В мае минувшего года во время официального визита в Украину с целью развития взаимодействия со Службой горного надзора и промышленной безопасности Украины казахская делегация побывала с ознакомительной поездкой в луганском Центре.
Результатом этого посещения стала разработка Комитетом государственного контроля за ЧС и промышленной безопасностью Министерства чрезвычайных ситуаций Республики Казахстан графика, рассчитанного до конца 2013 г., согласно которому повышать квалификацию по вопросам осуществления надзора за безопасностью и охраной труда в угольной промышленности в Луганск прибудут еще несколько групп казахских специалистов.
Коллеги из Казахстана вошли в уже сформированные группы обучения государственных инспекторов Госгорпромнадзора Украины и вместе с ними изучают особенности украинской нормативно-правовой базы в сфере охраны труда и промышленной безопасности.
«Центр подготовки государственных горнотехнических инспекторов вышел на международный уровень. До сегодняшнего момента мы активно сотрудничали со специалистами в области горного надзора Америки и Польши. Теперь в числе наших друзей еще и казахские слушатели», - отметил методист луганского Центра подготовки Николай Скорбенко.
Во время своего обучения казахские гости получат возможность поучаствовать в очередной видеоконференции с представителями государственного надзора в сфере промышленной безопасности угольной отрасли Польши.
«В отношении Центра могу вам сказать, что здесь сама методология обучения – на очень высоком уровне. Методология подачи материала, самой структуры обучения. Преподаватели – специалисты высокого класса с большим опытом, в том числе и производственным», - сказал начальник Управления государственного контроля в угольной промышленности Департамента по ЧС Карагандинской области Республики Казахстан.
