В прошлую пятницу, 28 октября, на двадцатой сессии стахановские депутаты в очередной раз предприняли попытку избрать секретаря горсовета. Городской голова Юрий Борисов предложил на эту должность кандидатуру представителя КПУ Виктора Синяева. Решение по данному вопросу принималось путем тайного голосования.

В голосовании приняли участие 46 депутатов. Итоги подводила счетная комиссия, состоящая из пяти человек во главе с председателем В. М. Антонюком. Результаты оказались следующими: 23 депутата отдали свой голос «за» кандидатуру Синяева, 22 – «против». Один бюллетень был испорчен. Таким образом, избрать секретаря горсовета в этот раз снова не удалось.
