Охранник завода ОАО «Стеклопластик» обратился 13 мая в 02.55 в дежурную часть Северодонецкого городского отдела милиции, сообщив об ограблении. Об этом сообщает ОСО ГУ МВД Украины в Луганской области.
Так, охранник сообщил о том, что на территорию предприятия проникло пятеро неизвестных лиц, которые угрожая предметом, похожим на огнестрельное оружие, похитили со склада готовой продукции имущество предприятия.
Охранники не пострадали.
Данный факт внесён в Единый реестр досудебных расследований по ч. 3 ст. 187 УК Украины (Разбой). Устанавливается размер причиненного ущерба. Санкция данной статьи предусматривает наказание в виде лишения свободы на срок от семи до двенадцати лет с конфискацией имущества.
В настоящее время по данному факту проводятся следственно-оперативные мероприятия по установлению и задержанию лиц, совершивших данное криминальное правонарушение.
