Высший специализированный суд Украины по рассмотрению гражданских и уголовных дел оставил в силе приговор Печерского райсуда Киева экс-главе МВД Юрия Луценко – 4 года лишения свободы за совершение должностных преступлений, - сообщает "Интерфакс-Украина".

Данное решение огласил председательствующий судья Сергей Слинько 3 апреля.

Таким образом, суд не удовлетворил кассацию Ю.Луценко. Так как срок отбывания наказания Ю.Луценко исчисляется с момента его взятия под стражу (с момент избрания ареста, как меры пресечения - ред), исходя из решения Высшего спецсуда, экс-министр выйдет на свободу в конце декабря 2014 года.
