В Северодонецке директор ТЭЦ требует взыскать с Красного Креста долг за тепло

Директор Северодонецкой ТЭЦ Владимир Грицишин обратился в хозяйственный суд Луганской области с иском к Луганской областной организации Общества Красного Креста о взыскании 4120,79 грн. Об этом «ОстроВ Лугань» сообщает пресс-служба ЛОО КИУ.

Из них 3885,31 грн. – долг за поставленное тепло, 96,23 грн. – инфляционные начисления, 139,25 грн. – 3% годовых.

Как сообщает ЛОО КИУ, с 2004 по 2011 гг. северодонецкая городская организация Красного Креста располагалась в принадлежащем городскому совету здании по Ленина, 32-а, но договор с ТЭЦ на отопление заключила областная организация Красного Креста, поскольку северодонецкая организация юридическим лицом не является. В 2010 году стоимость услуг по отоплению стала для них неподъемной, и за несколько месяцев долги перед Северодонецкой ТЭЦ возросли до 3885,31 грн. После чего городские власти нашли возможность разместить Красный Крест в здании профилактического отделения многопрофильной больницы (ул. Сметанина, 5).

«Красный Крест», хотя формально и является общественной организацией, но на деле вместо государства выполняет функцию патронажного обслуживания одиноких больных людей, за 2011 год 47,8 тыс. раз посещали квартиры таких людей в Северодонецке. Особый статус этой организации определен и в Законе Украины «Про Товариство Червоного Хреста України». В соответствии со статьей 14 этого Закона органы государственной власти содействуют Обществу, его органам и местным организациям в осуществлении ими уставных задач, поддерживают их гуманитарную и благотворительную деятельность. А по статье 15 этого же Закона предприятия, расположенные в Украине, предоставляют Обществу необходимую помощь», - отмечают эксперты ЛОО КИУ.

По этому вопросу руководитель северодонецкого «Красного Креста» Людмила Щербак неоднократно обращалась как в ТЭЦ, так и в горсовет.

«У «Красного Креста» денег для оплаты по иску нет, и организация обратилась через газету «Северодонецкие вести» к жителям Северодонецка с просьбой помочь собрать необходимую сумму», - сообщают в ЛОО КИУ.

Слушание по делу в хозяйственном суде назначено на 06 августа.
