Государственной экологической инспекцией проведена проверка по факту засорения земель на территории с. Белая гора Попаснянского района в районе фермы ООО «Белогорье» в сентябре 2012 г. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба ведомства.
Проверкой был установлен факт засорения земель отходами, образующиеся при жизнедеятельности животных, а именно навоза (отходы группы 01 Государственного классификатора отходов ДК 005-96: отходы, образуемые при производстве продукции сельского хозяйства и охоты) в результате их несанкционированного размещения.
Факт засорения земель отходами является нарушением требований 46 Закона Украины «Об охране земель», факт несанкционированного размещения отходов является нарушением требований ст. 33 Закона Украины «Об отходах».
По факту засорения земель отходами Инспекцией рассчитанный размер нанесенного государству ущерба, который составил 1160 611,20 грн. (Один миллион сто шестьдесят тысяч шестьсот одиннадцать грн. 20 коп.).
Материалы проверки были направлены Попаснянском РО ГУМВД Украины в Луганской области, последние начато досудебное следствие, сведения об уголовном правонарушении внесено в Единый реестр досудебных расследований 08.12.2012 за № 12012030530000108, предварительная квалификация уголовного преступления ч. 1 ст. 239 УКУ.
