В Луганске произошло 14 несчастных случаев со школьниками

14 несчастных случаев произошло с учениками в школах Луганска в течение года. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба прокуратуры Луганской области.

Прокуратурой Ленинского района города Луганска проведены проверки в учреждениях образования района по вопросам охраны жизни и здоровья детей, обеспечения надлежащих и безопасных условий учебно-воспитательного процесса.

Установлено, что в течение года во время учёбы с учениками произошло 14 несчастных случаев. При этом, акты о несчастных случаях составляли несвоевременно, расследование проводилось с нарушениями требований законодательства, без опроса свидетелей и потерпевших.

Как следствие, причины и условия, способствовавшие травматизму, не устанавливались, а меры, направленные на предупреждение этих негативных явлений, не применялись.

Прокуратурой Ленинского района города Луганска внесено представление в управление образования Луганского городского совета, по результатам рассмотрения которого три должностных лица привлечены к ответственности.
