Приговор в отношении бывшего милиционера-убийцы из Красного Луча оставлено без изменений. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба прокуратуры в Луганской области.
Постановлением Высшего специализированного суда Украины по рассмотрению гражданских и уголовных дел от 20.12.2012 г. приговор апелляционного суда Луганской области от 30.08.2012 касательно Давыдова Д.И., осужденного за ст.ст.135 ч.1, 115 ч.2 п.4, 70 ч.1 УК Украины, к пожизненному лишению свободы, оставлен без изменений.
Кассационные жалобы осужденного и его защитника - не удовлетворены.
Напомним, летом 2011г. в г.Красный Луч капитан МВД Денис Давыдов дома после празднования дня рождения зверски убил жену, а трехлетнего сына вывез на машине и бросил ночью на обочине дороги. Когда 19 июня 2012г. Ровеньковский горсуд оправдал убийцу, краснолучане подняли акцию протеста и обратились лично к Президенту Украины.
