Милиционер обругал и избил посетителя развлекательного заведения в Луганской области

Прокуратура расследует факт хулиганского поведения милиционера в одном из развлекательных заведений области. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба прокуратуры Луганской области.

«В следственном отделе прокуратуры области находится уголовное производство по факту грубого нарушения общественного порядка по мотивам явного неуважения к обществу, которое сопровождалось особой дерзостью», - отмечено в сообщении прокуратуры.

Правонарушение совершено сотрудником одного из горотделов милиции области по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ч.1 ст.296 УК Украины (хулиганство).

21 марта сотруднику милиции объявлено подозрение в том, что он, не находясь при исполнении служебных обязанностей, находясь в состоянии алкогольного опьянения в одном из развлекательных заведений области, длительное время нецензурно ругался в адрес одного из посетителей заведения. Кроме того, милиционер нанёс телесные повреждения посетителю развлекательного заведения.

Проводятся необходимые следственные действия, направленные на установление всех обстоятельств правонарушения.
