Мэра Перевальска отпустили под залог
Суд освободил под залог задержанного мэра Перевальска Владимира Есауленко. Об этом корреспонденту Оstrovok сообщил пресс-секретарь прокурора Луганской области Игорь Негиевич.
Ленинский районный суд г. Луганска избрал задержанному меру пресечения в виде содержания под стражей, но одновременно определил сумму залога, под которую он может быть освобожден, в размере около 34 тысяч гривен. Сумма была внесена, задержанный освобожден.
Напомним, 12 марта сотрудники СБУ, прокуратуры и милиции Луганской области задержали во время получения взятки в служебном кабинете мэра одного из городов Луганской области.
Средства чиновник получил от частного предпринимателя за обещание не начислять штрафные санкции. Как сообщалось, задержанный - городской голова Перевальска Владимир Есауленко.
