Инспекторы лишили 4 луганских предприятия разрешений на выполнение работ повышенной опасности

8 разрешений на выполнение работ повышенной опасности аннулировало Луганское теруправление Госгорпромнадзора. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба ведомства.

При плановых обследованиях предприятий инспекторский состав теруправления проверяет соответствие условий указанных разрешений, используя при этом выводы экспертизы, изучая фактическое состояние охраны труда и безопасности производства субъекта хозяйствования.

С начала текущего года теруправлением Госгорпромнадзора в Луганской области аннулировано восемь разрешений на выполнение работ повышенной опасности и эксплуатацию оборудования повышенной опасности.

Основными причинами аннулирования разрешительных документов являются выявленные нарушения, такие как недостоверность информации о ведении работ повышенной опасности, на которые теруправлением было выдано разрешение.

Список предприятий, в отношении которых аннулированы разрешения: ООО "Луганское шахтоспецмонтажно-наладочное управление" (1 разрешение) по причине выявления недостоверных данных, указанных в документах на получение разрешения; КП "Облтепло" (3 разрешения) по причине ликвидации предприятия; ЧП "Ресурс-ЛТД" (2 разрешения) по причине выявления недостоверных данных, указанных в документах на получение разрешения; ООО "Жовтень - вугілля" (2 разрешения) по причине выявления недостоверных данных, указанных в документах на получение разрешения.

Теруправление Госгорпромнадзора в Луганской области обращается к работодателям с требованием четкого соблюдения условий действия полученных разрешений. В противном случае будут приняты меры в соответствии с Законами Украины "Об охране труда" и "О разрешительной системе в сфере хозяйственной деятельности".
