Польские бизнесмены готовы вложить инвестиции в «Агрогород» на Луганщине

Соглашение о сотрудничестве между областным КП «Региональное агентство содействия инвестициям» и инвестиционной группой «WAIMEA Холдинг Лимитед» об утверждении плана реализации проекта «Агрогород» подписано 11 октября в Луганске в рамках Международного инвестфорума. Об этом сообщает корреспондент «ОстроВ Лугань».

«Первый этап реализации проекта «Агрогород» - это строительство хранилищ для овощей, чтобы наши предприятия, которые производят овощи, могли их хранить здесь, а не вывозить в другие регионы. Мы может сами обеспечивать себя овощами. Второй этап – хранение и переработка продукции. А третий этап – это уже заход конкретных предприятий для работы в «Агрогороде». «Агрогород» - это действительно город. Строительство планируется начать уже в следующем году», - сказал в интервью журналистам председатель Луганской ОГА Владимир Пристюк.

На сегодняшний день польские бизнесмены - инвестиционная группа «WAIMEA Холдинг Лимитед» - готовы вложить средства в развитие проекта. Как отметил первый заместитель председателя Луганской ОГА Эдуард Лозовский, подписанное соглашение – «прорыв аграрного бизнеса в Украине, который начался с Луганской области»:

«Подписано соглашение о плане действий. В следующем году планируется построить от 10 до 20 тыс. кв. м площадей».

Как сообщалось ранее, 11-13 октября в Луганске проходит ІІІ Луганский международный инвестиционный форум. Он посвящён отдельной теме – развитию АПК. Для участия в форуме на Луганщину прибыли более 200 иностранных представительств из 21 стран мира.

Напомним, власти Луганской области совместно с Польской хозяйственной палатой разрабатали проект оптовой базы «Агрогорода» по снабжению Луганска овощами и фруктами. Проект презентовал 27 мая 2011 года, в ходе сессии Луганского городского совета член президиума Польской хозяйственной палаты Тадеуш Намедынски.

«Агрогород – это не только торговля. Мы предлагаем создание хранилищ для овощей и фруктов, завода переработки и глубокой заморозки овощей, заводов упаковки и производства пластмассовых изделий, организация производства полуфабрикатов и стройматериалов. Здесь должны быть все условия для работы фермера», - рассказал он.

Первый камень в строительство заложили в ходе II международного инвестиционного форума, который прошел 5 октября 2011 года. В марте «Агрогород» получил статус оптового рынка.
