Луганский облсовет принял решение официально использовать русский язык
Сессия Луганского облсовета 17 августа приняла решение о мерах по реализации Закона Украины «Об основах государственной языковой политики». Об этом сообщает корреспондент «ОстроВ Лугань».
Так, в частности, в решении говорится следующее: «информировать население области, о том, что в соответствии с этим законом, русский язык относится к региональным языкам. Рекомендовать сельским, поселковым, городским советам принять меры, направленные на развитие, защиту и использование региональных языков, если количество носителей этого языка, проживающих на данной территории составляет 10% и более от численности населения».
Также в решении сказано, что акты облсовета принимаются на государственном языке или русском языке. Основным языком работы облсовета является государственный, однако облсовет может использовать русский язык. Местным органам власти предложено участвовать в выполнении в Луганской области этого закона.
При голосовании за решение воздержался 1 депутат, остальные проголосовали «за».
Предложений и дополнений в это решение депутаты не вносили.
«Кто возражает против этого закона, а я знаю – такие есть, они борются против права людей разговаривать на родном языке, они борются против демократии», - сказал председатель Луганского облсовета Валерий Голенко.
