Дырявили и прожигали защитный слой окурками, подвергая таким образом террористической опасности мирных граждан. Тогда урны стали засыпать песком, а заматывать уже потом. Но главное! Главное, блять, то, что рядом с ними стали ставить ведра для мусора, потому что выбрасывать его все равно куда-то нужно».
