Вот уже четыре года в с.Красное ( Краснодонский р-н Луганская обл.) у храма Пресвятой Богородицы, датируемого 1870г., к вершине близлежащего холма на высоте около 500 м ведут 333 ступени. Строительство величественного сооружения под названием «Комплекс Прославления Страстей Господних» идет под руководством о. Андрея (Дубины), духовного наставника и настоятеля этого храма и женского монастыря.
«Здесь человек призван отвлечься от мирских проблем и взглянуть на свою жизнь по-новому, задуматься о вечном, небесном», - говорят прихожане и туристы, количество которых растет с каждым днем.
Многие, из числа проезжающих по Краснодонской трассе, заметив далекий холм, увенчанный крестом, где строится еще один храм - Иоанна Крестителя, останавливаются, ищут дорогу, чтобы подъехать поближе. Другие – едут сюда целенаправленно.
«В нашем женском монастыре сегодня на послушании 30 монахинь. Но есть гостиница и здесь всегда рады гостям. Радушно примут и проведут экскурсию. При желании можно остаться на ночлег», - рассказывает нам молодая и черноглазая матушка Марина, которой здесь поручена роль экскурсовода. Ее сопровождает матушка Илария, излучающая спокойствие, доброту и приветливость. По словам женщин, за проживание в гостинице денег не берут, всегда предложат не только ночлег, но и еду.
Восстановление Свято-Введенской церкви, настоятелем которой в конце 90-х годов стал луганский священник о. Андрей, начала осуществляться довольно активно, несмотря на то, что она стала десятой в списке восстановленных и построенных им храмов на территории области. «Когда батюшка нашел этот храм, здесь царила разруха, ведь помещение использовали как склад аммиачной селитры. Росписи, иконы – все было уничтожено. Сначала пришлось снимать полутораметровый отравленный слой земли, проделать огромную работу. Но иногда аммиаком все же до сих пор отдает, - рассказывает прихожанка церкви Лариса Константинова. – Батюшка - мой духовный наставник, и я могу сказать, что я такого труженика в своей жизни не встречала. Он восстановил церкви в селах Третьяковка, Первомайка, Щетово, Шелестовка (Марковский район) у него несколько больничных храмов, в том числе при Луганском онкодиспансере, областной психбольнице. У каждого сельского храма есть свое подворье. Сами сеют, разводят живность. В больницы возят молоко…».
По словам Константиновой, приход которым руководит о. Андрей, увеличивается и сегодня насчитывает более 1000 человек. «А на праздники сюда съезжается уже до полутора тысяч , - уточняет Лариса. – Едут из Ростова, Донецкой области, Чернигова, Полтавы, Сум и даже из Болгарии. Девушки повыходили замуж, уехали туда жить, но все равно остаются нашими прихожанками, приезжают сюда особенно во время Великого Поста».
«За один заезд к нам могут приезжать из каждого города до 45 человек, из Полтавы, например, приезжают 4-6 раз в год, - уточняет матушка Илария. – Одиночки едут сами, то одна машина подъедет, то другая. Трудно сказать, что людей сюда тянет. У каждого своя судьба, своя причина…А в душе у любого человека есть вера. Просто у кого раньше проснется, у кого – позже...»

« На вершине холма любил молиться прежний настоятель церкви Диомид Винник, который похоронен во дворе храма, - рассказывает матушка Марина. - Теперь на вершине новый храм – основа будущего монастыря. Планируется, что сверху будет мужской монастырь, а внизу – женский».

На площадке под Крестом - огромная икона в 5 метров, на которой снятый с Креста Иисус в окружении апостолов. Пятиметровую икону накрыли стеклом, но из-за больших его размеров, рассказывают нам послушницы, за ним трижды приходилось ездить в Луганск. Дескать, дважды стекло треснуло по дороге в Красное, третий раз не выдержало лютую зиму.
«Каждый день мы поднимаемся к Кресту по этой лестнице, - говорит м. Илария. – И здесь молимся».
Вокруг - девственная степь, утомительный горячий ветер, солнце и воздух и - распаханные поля монастырского хозяйства.
«Нас здесь 10 человек постоянных матушек трудится и до 10 «трудников» и послушниц ( людей, пожелавших пожить и поработать при монастыре)», - поясняет она.
На полях выращивается картофель, которого хватает до нового урожая, овощи, бахчевые культуры, ягоды и фрукты. Есть и свой коровник из 20 буренок, благодаря которым монастырь всегда имеет свое молоко, масло, творог, сметану . «Да, приходится вставать в три – полчетвертого утра, чтобы к 5 -ти выгнать коров на выпас. А доярок всего-то две, - рассказывают нам. – Но что поделаешь, человек живет во труде».

Андрея и его прихода эта комнатка превратилась в храм с тремя приделами. А в целом под руководством о. Андрея построено и восстановлено 9 храмов. Особенно нужно отметить Свято-Введенский храм - настоящий монастырский комплекс, который теперь входит в число 12-ти достопимечательностей Луганской области. О.Андрей вместе с прихожанами и другими священниками трудится в свои выходные, люди берут отпуск на работе для помощи в строительстве».
В строительстве лестницы, например, как уточнила м.Марина, принимали участие, оо.Иосиф, Олег, Владимир, Александр и другие священники. Костяк же строительной бригады составили профессиональные строители Александр Свергун, Владимир Муштай, Никлай Луговцов, Анатолий Демидов. « По сути это большая народная стройка», - говорят прихожане. Профессиональных строителей нанимают в Луганска, благо в городе безработица, но те, кто строит здесь, призжают не первый год»,- говорит м.Илария.
Строителям здесь платят зарплату, кормят пять раз в день (завтрак, обед, полдник и ужин). «Когда жара - за раз выпивается целое ведро кваса или компота. Квас-то мы делаем свой, церковный», - поделилась информацией улыбчивая повариха, угощая нас квасом, в котором задержались ягоды изюма.
Журналистов тоже голодными не оставили. На столе стояли картофель, присыпанный зеленью, салаты, настоящий домашний постный борщ. Потом предложили квас, узвар, печенье-конфеты, для желающих - чай из чабреца «Чабрец мы собираем на горе», - улыбалась повариха. «Готовя всякое блюдо, она шепчет молитву, представляете, какая у нас полезная еда», - сообщила матушка Илария.
«За весь период, сколько мы являемся прихожанами Свято-Пантелеимоновского храма, никто и никогда не слышал от о. Андрея требований о материальной помощи. Как рассказали ОстроВу, весной 2011г. к о. Андрею обратилась за помощью жительница села Красное Наталья Коротун , которая жаловалась на жестокое и бесчеловечное обращение с ней и её малолетними детьми бывшего мужа, дважды судимого Александра Коротуна.
«Лишившись крова, с тремя детьми и без средств к существованию, избитая Коротун с тремя детьми обратилась в храм, где ей оказали необходимую помощь, потом она написала жалобу в управление по делам семьи и молодежи ЛОГА. За это главным врагом Александра Коротуна стал о. Андрей, - рассказывает Лариса Константинова. - Коротун сказал всем, что теперь дело всей его жизни мстить настоятелю. Весной 2011 г, обратившись в Луганскую епархию, он потребовал наказания о. Андрею за, якобы, развал его семьи. Этот факт использовали определенные силы, цель которых – наложить запрет на его служение . далее последовали клеветнические обращения в Луганскую епархию, к митрополиту Иоанникию, в прокуратуру и ГОУВД г. Краснодона, УВД Луганской области и другие инстанции.. Но изложенные факты не подтвердились».
Прихожане, которые встали на сторону настоятеля, также обратились в Луганскую епархию, и даже Киевскую митрополию и Московский патриархат .
«22 февраля 2012 года в Луганской епархии обратилась инициативная группа с письмом, подписанным прихожанами (всего 650 подписей), в поддержку нашего духовного наставника , - продолжает Лариса Константинова. – Однако, секретарь епархиального управления о. Иаков (Лобов) осведомил нас, что о. Андрей работал в милиции, а «мент», по его словам, — это «диагноз». Мы поражены такой позицией священнослужителя , который к тому же начал заявлять об экстрасенсорных занятиях о.Андрея, пересказывая байки о «сверхъестественном влиянии» на прихожан. .В нашей беседе мы пытались рассказать о добрых делах о.
