«Повседневная жизнь луганского школьника- 2011»: наркотизм в школьной среде. Ст.3
В рамках спецпроекта «Центра по изучению общественных процессов и проблем гуманизма», данной публикацией мы завершаем знакомство читателей с результатами исследования «ПОВСЕДНЕВНАЯ ЖИЗНЬ ЛУГАНСКОГО ШКОЛЬНИКА – 2011».
Напомним, что исследование осуществлялось Центром по изучению общественных процессов и проблем гуманизма и кафедрой философии и социологии Луганского национального университета имени Тараса Шевченко. В ходе опроса, который проводился в конце 2011 года, респондентами выступили 800 учащихся 8 – 11 классов г. Луганска.
Третья статья цикла посвящена одной из наиболее тревожных тем нашего общества – подростковому аддиктивному поведении.
Две стороны «медали»
В научной литературе аддиктивным называют поведение, которое связано с навязчивой потребностью в каком-то виде деятельности, выходящей за пределы культурной нормы. Мы сосредоточимся на зависимостях от определенных химических веществ – наркотиков, алкоголя и никотина.
Следует сразу оговориться, что в статье различаются понятия «наркотизм» и «наркомания».
Это различие хорошо осмыслено в научной среде, но еще не стало достоянием широкой общественности. Между тем? оно является важным для понимания ситуации и для планирования мер по ее улучшении. Наркомания – это зависимость человека от наркотических веществ, разновидность заболевания. Наркотизм – это социальное явление, которое характеризует степень распространения в обществе употребления наркотиков, формы этого употребления, субкультуру, связанную с употреблением аддиктивных субстанций, отношение к подобной практике общества. Наркомания является, прежде всего, медицинской проблемой, а наркотизм – проблемой социальной. Безусловно, это - две стороны одной медали, но все же - две ее стороны. Когда мы хотим излечить конкретного человека, страдающего наркоманией, то нам нужно обращаться к медикам, когда же мы хотим изменить общественную ситуацию, то здесь медицинские знание мало в чем могут помочь. Здесь - начинается предметное поле социологов, культурологов и сфера принятия управленческих решений властными структурами.
Наркоэпидемия
В Украине наркомания приобрела характер эпидемии после 1991 года.
Это не значит, что данного явления не было раньше. В тех или иных формах аддиктивные вещества представляют проблему для любого общества. Но науке известно, что особое распространение они получают в периоды социальных сломов и катастроф.
В Украине есть несколько групп социологов, которые осуществляют мониторинговые исследования, посвященные аддиктивному поведению подростков. Это в первую очередь касается ученых из Харьковского национального университета внутренних дел. Здесь регулярные опросы молодежи проводятся с середины 1990-х годов. Начинались они под руководством профессора Василия Соболева, а сейчас ими руководит профессор Игорь Рущенко. Харьковские социологи широко публикуют полученные результаты, поэтому с их данными можно сравнивать и полученные нами данные. Мониторинговый характер носят также исследования, которые осуществляются коллективом Украинского института социальных исследований им. А. Яременко (Киев) под руководством Ольги Балакиревой. Интересные исследования, посвященные отдельным аспектам рассматриваемой темы, проводились социологами Одессы (профессор Ирина Попова, доцент Светлана Романенко и др.).
Мы учитывали работы коллег, но ориентировались на ситуацию, которая сложилась в Луганской области. Она несколько отличается от ситуации в целом по стране. Игорь Рущенко с коллегами на основании многолетнего мониторинга пришли к выводу, что употребление наркотиков в нашей стране необходимо рассматривать в двух аспектах. За последние 20 лет параллельно и связанно друг с другом разворачивалось две эпидемии. Эпидемия первого рода связана с модой на наркотики. Она давала стабильный прирост молодых людей, которые пробовали наркотики впервые. Это особое духовное поветрие в молодежной среде, которое толкало подростков из соображений групповой солидарности и подражания к соответствующим действиям. Сейчас эта эпидемия пошла на спад. Поэтому уже несколько лет фиксируется снижение числа тех, кто впервые попробовал наркотические вещества. Одновременно с этим разворачивается эпидемия второго рода, эпидемия тяжелой наркомании, которая захватывает тех, кто «садится» на наркотики, кто становится их регулярным потребителем. Эта эпидемия не угасает и число людей, регулярно употребляющих наркотики, медленно, но постоянно растет (См.: Рущенко І. П., Сердюк О. О, Віцько О. В. «ОстроВ» уже писал ( httр://ostro.org/news/article-299180/ ), что на конец 2011 года около 15 тысяч жителей Луганской области состояли на учете в милиции как наркоманы. Еще 1,5 тысячи были зарегистрированы как распространители наркотиков. Если учесть, что официально регистрируется где-то один из десяти наркоманов, то вывод врачей и правоохранителей, что уровень наркомании в нашей области приобрел критический характер, выглядит очень убедительным.
Поскольку распространение аддиктивных форм поведения происходит по эпидемической модели, то под угрозой оказываются в первую очередь некоторые уязвимые по тем или иным причинам социальные слои. На особое внимание заслуживают подростки, ведь процесс социализации включает в себя опробование социальных норм «на прочность». Поэтому девиации (отклонение от нормативного поведения) являются в современном обществе внутренне присущими для процесса социализации подрастающих поколений. Однако аддиктивное поведение, связанное с употреблением психоактивных веществ, - это не простая девиация. Эти вещества могут изуродовать судьбу молодого человека или просто убить подростка.
В анкете ситуация с распространением наркотизма среди учащихся старших классов школ Луганска зондировалась с помощью ряда вопросов, которые дали возможность получить достаточно стереоскопическое представление о проблеме. Общее распределение ответов на прямой вопрос о распространенности употребления наркотиков школьниками приводится в табл.1.

На основе этих данных можно сказать, что наркотики в горизонте повседневной жизни учащихся старших классов присутствуют. Меньшинство среди опрошенных всех классов уверено, что ученики их школы наркотиков не употребляют. 21,3% от общего числа опрошенных признали, что в той или иной степени, но среди учеников их школы есть те, кто употребляет наркотические вещества. Поскольку вопрос относится к так называемым сензитивным, то стоит обратить внимание на тех, кому сложно было на него ответить. Вполне возможно, что среди них есть и те, кто просто скрыл свои знания о состоянии дел по вопросу, который изучается.
Распределение ответов по полу отличается несущественно. Значимые различия зафиксированы лишь по позициям «это - массовое явление» (девушки - 1,2%; ребята - 5,5%) и «ученики нашей школы наркотиков не употребляют» (соответственно 37,2% и 34,7%). Отличие по позиции «есть школьники, которые регулярно употребляют наркотики, но их немного, и есть большинство, которое их никогда не пробовало» (девушки - 4,2%; ребята - 5,25) находится в пределах статистической погрешности. По пункту «кое-кто из школьников употребляет наркотики, но это очень незначительное количество, а большинство с наркотиками дела не имеют» зафиксировано одинаковые проценты в половых группах (по 13,8%). Гендерные характеристики распределения ответов подтверждают давно зафиксированную диспропорцию: среди тех, кто употребляет наркотики значительно больше мужчин, чем женщин. Поэтому мужской и женский опыты контакта с этими веществами и людьми, которые их принимают, должны различаться. Но у учащейся молодежи этот опыт отличается несущественно.
Популярностью среди ученых уже давно пользуется так называемая трансмиссионная теория распространения девиантных форм поведения. Согласно с ней люди перенимают те или иные формы поведения от своего ближайшего окружения. В связи с этим в анкете был предусмотрен вопрос об употреблении наркотиков в ближайшем окружении респондента. С одной стороны, это давало возможность понять, насколько респондент, отвечая на предыдущий вопрос, пользуется собственным опытом, а с другой стороны, это позволяло понять механизмы распространения наркотизма. Я уже говорил, что для объяснения распространения наркотизма следует применять эпидемиологическую модель. Приведу табличные данные по употреблению наркотиков среди трех близких друзей (Табл.2).

Данные этой таблицы подтверждают уже сделанный выше вывод. Среди всех опрошенных у 19,5% респондентов имеются близкие друзья, которые употребляют наркотики. Тенденции в группах респондентов тоже не отличаются от уже зафиксированных. Различия между полами в этом случае проявляются рельефнее: трое друзей-наркоманов есть у 6,8% юношей и у 2,4% девочек; два таких друга / подруги соответственно есть у 7,8% опрошенных юношей и у 5,2% девочек, один друг -соответственно у 10,6% и 9,0%. О том, что в их близком окружении наркоманов нет, сказали 74,8% юношей и 83,5% девушек.
Перед респондентами в открытой форме ставился вопрос «Какие виды наркотиков достаточно легко приобрести в нашем городе?». Мы получили достаточно большой список соответствующих субстанций. Назвали конкретные виды наркотических веществ 30,8% опрошенных учащихся. Ответ, что они их не знают, дали 43,1%, а еще 2,4% написали, что они этим не интересовались. Вместе с тем 23,8% наших респондентов не отвечали вообще. Игнорирование вопроса можно толковать по-разному. Вполне возможно, что часть учеников скрыли свою осведомленность по этому вопросу.
Значимые различия фиксируются между осведомленностью по этому вопросу и полом респондентов. Так, среди опрошенных юношей 49,8% знали о видах наркотиков, которые легко купить в нашем городе, 46,3% - не знали и еще 3,9% сказали, что этим не интересовались. Среди девушек соответственно цифры такие - 32,8%; 64,4% и 2,8%.
Теперь приведу полученные нами данные в табличной форме (табл. 3).

Нас интересовали пути распространения наркотиков среди школьников. В анкете был предусмотрен прямой вопрос по этому поводу. Мы не интересовались, покупают наркотики они лично и у кого. Вопрос был сформулирован в безличной форме. Было получено 1082 ответа. Результаты представлю в табличном виде (табл. 4).

Если положение дел хотя бы приблизительно таково, то наркотики достаточно доступными для школьников. Есть основания считать, что названные способы приобретения наркотиков в нашем городе близки к реальности. Наркоторговцы «работают» дома, в ночных клубах, на улице. Наркотики можно купить через Интернет. Небольшое количество опрошенных указали, что наркотические вещества распространяют их одноклассники. Но это, несмотря на небольшое количество ответов, значит, что наркоторговля проникла и непосредственно в школу. В качестве одной из гипотез исследования выдвигалось предположение, что ученики разделяют наркотики на относительно безобидные (легкие) и смертельно опасные (тяжелые). Эта гипотеза в ходе исследования не нашла полного подтверждения, что видно из табл. 5.

На основе приведенных данных можно сделать вывод, что у большинства школьников существуют внутренние запреты применительно ко всем наркотикам. И это свидетельствует, о том, что культурное отторжение наркотизма является действенным и в среде подростков. Но почти 15%, которые уверены, что возможно безопасное употребление подобных веществ, не могут не внушать тревоги. Такого количества более чем достаточно, для поддержания и развития эпидемической ситуации.
В нашем исследовании употребления алкоголя учащимися старших классов выяснялось по той схеме, которая применялась при сборе информации о распространенности наркотиков. В табличной форме представлю результаты опроса по распространенности употребления алкоголя (табл.6).

Зафиксирована статистически значимая связь мнений о распространенности употребления алкоголя и полом респондентов. Но она заключается не в том, что девушки меньше ребят осведомлены о распространенности этого явления (о том, что им сложно ответить заявили 19,3% опрошенных девушек и 18,2% юношей), или что первые гораздо чаще высказывают мнение об отсутствии соответствующего явления (о том, что ученики их школы не употребляют алкоголя выразили убеждение 3,5% девушек и 6,5% юношей). Отличие в том, что ребята чаще девушек высказывали мнение, что употребление алкоголя среди учеников является массовым явлением (юноши - 27,8%; девочки -17,7%). Девушки же чаще выбирали средние позиции (вторая позиция в таблице – соответственно 28,1% и 23,5%, третья позиция в таблице - 31,5% и 24,1% соответственно). Согласно полученным данным подросткам не трудно легально приобрести алкогольные напитки. Им даже не нужно применять какие-то хитрости. Мы стремились проверить общие суждения через обращение к личному опыту респондентов. Информация о том, какие алкогольные напитки приходилось покупать им лично в следующей таблице (табл. 7).

Данные этой таблицы тоже подтверждают знакомство значительной части школьников со спиртными напитками. Численно преобладают среди предметов купли пиво и слабоалкогольные напитки. Но довольно часто упоминаются вина и водка. Мысль о том, что в Луганске подросткам не трудно купить те или иные вещества, которые вызывают аддикцию, подтверждается и распределением ответов на вопрос о возможности ученику приобрести сигареты (табл. 8).

Как видим, табачные изделия являются вполне доступными для подростков. Между полами разница не очень велика в распределении ответов на этот вопрос. Различия заметны только по двум позициям. Ребята чаще девушек отвечают, что нет никаких препятствий при покупке сигарет (37,0% против 27,1%). Девушки несколько чаще ребят полагаются в их покупке на старших друзей (8,9% против 4,7%). Наиболее сложной задачей в нашем исследовании было получение информации о реальном употребления наркотиков, алкоголя и табака подростками. В табличной форме приведу общие результаты (табл. 9).

Ожидаемой оказалась разница в распределении ответов между классами. Так, в том, что регулярно употребляют алкоголь, признались 1,1% опрошенных учеников 8-х классов и уже 3,2% учащихся 11-х классов. О том, что употребляют алкоголь от случая к случаю, сказали 17,8% восьмиклассников и уже 35,8% выпускников. Только пробовали алкоголь, но не стали его употреблять 36,8% опрошенных учащихся 8-х классов и 45,4% - учащихся 11-х классов. Никогда не употребляли алкогольные напитки соответственно 29,3% и 11,9%, а не хотели отвечать - 14,9% и 3,7%. Такой регулярности не фиксируется в распределении ответов относительно употребления наркотиков. Различия между 8-ми и 11-ми классами заметны лишь по двум пунктам. В 8-х классах не пробовали никаких наркотиков 78,6% опрошенных учащихся, а в 11-х классах - 82,5%. Не хотели отвечать на этот вопрос соответственно 16,2% и 9,7%. Похоже на то, что наркомания год от года становится все моложе. Но такой вывод можно сформулировать лишь как гипотезу, которая требует дальнейшей проверки. Различие в употреблении табака между классами похоже на зафиксированное отличие в употреблении алкогольных напитков. В 8-м классе регулярно курят 5,1% респондентов, в 11-м - 12,7%. От случая к случаю затягиваются табачным дымом 5,1% учащихся 8-х классов и 12,7% выпускников. Но в подростковом возрасте алкоголь употребляют чаще не только в сравнении с наркотиками, но и в сравнении с табаком.
В анкете был вопрос об употреблении аддиктивных веществ в ближайшем окружении респондентов. Представлю общие результаты в табличной форме (табл.10).

Гендерная диспропорция сохраняется в тех видах аддиктивного поведения, которые отторгаются нашей культурой. В тех же видах, которые культурой освоены (алкоголь, табак), наблюдается постепенное движение к равенству между полами. Здесь следует подчеркнуть, что первоначально нашей культурой употребления алкоголя и курения табака было освоено для мужчин. Негласная конвенция предусматривала, что именно им в определенных обстоятельствах разрешены определенные виды брутального поведения. Наверное, это объясняется распределение ролей между полами. Мужчинам приходилось регулярно воевать, заниматься другими опасными видами деятельности. Нужно было поддерживать в себе готовность к таким видам деятельности. Это закрепилось в стереотипах, которые сохраняются и сейчас в общественном сознании.
Наши данные свидетельствуют в пользу того, что хотя раньше курить начинают мальчики, но со временем пропорция тех, кто курит по гендерному признаку выравнивается (табл. 11).

При математической обработке данных была зафиксирована достаточно стабильная связь между распространенностью различных форм аддиктивного поведения и типом школы. В специализированных школах (гимназии, математические школы) они менее распространены, чем в обычных. К тому же у тех, кто учится в специализированных школах, фиксируется большее распространение установок, отрицающих аддитивное поведение. Например, друзей, употребляющий наркотики, не было у 83,1% учащихся специализированных школ и у 78,8% учеников из обычных общеобразовательных школ. Употребление наркотиков назвали массовым явлением в своей среде 1,2% опрошенных учащихся специализированных школ и 4,2% учащихся обычных школ. Среди опрошенных учащихся специализированных школ знали названия наркотических веществ 27,4%, а среди учащихся общеобразовательных школ - 46,0%. Все наркотики считают опасными 79,8% наших респондентов, учащихся в специализированных школах, и 67,0% тех, кто является учениками обычных школ.
В качестве вывода можно контактировать, что аддитивные вещества достаточно плотно вошли в повседневную жизнь луганских школьников. Это вовсе не означает, что все они превратились в аддиктов или, тем более, наркоманов. Алкоголь, табак и наркотики - это скорее постоянные факторы их повседневной жизни, в которых каждому приходится вырабатывать свое личное отношение. Это, увы, постоянный фон социализации современных подростков.
В профилактической работе это обстоятельство следует учитывать. Так, по нашим данным, в той или иной степени знакомы на собственном опыте с действием алкоголя 66,0% учащихся с 8 по 11 классы, с действием табака -47,8%, с действием наркотиков - 6,3%. Наиболее стремительно развивается алкоголизация подростков. Она не встречает надежных барьеров со стороны государства и общества. Уровень употребления наркотиков поддерживает эпидемическую ситуацию. Любое ухудшение социальной ситуации может привести к росту наркотизации молодежи. Можно говорить о сближении гендерных стереотипов аддиктивного поведения. Общественные нормы, которые ранее уберегали большинство девушек от опасных шагов, сейчас теряют свою действенность. Главным становится собственное решение индивида. Оно зависит от установок на достижения в различных областях. Поэтому ученики специализированных школ меньше склонны к употреблению аддитивных веществ, чем ученики обычных общеобразовательных школ.
