Алчевские троллейбусники 22 февраля на конференции трудового коллектива проголосовали за проведение забастовки 26 февраля. Об этом «Неделе» сообщил присутствовавший на конференции депутат Алчевского городского совета Николай Бойко.
Конференция была созвана по инициативе нового руководителя коммунального предприятия «Алчевскпастранс» Александра Орлова, он предлагал сотрудникам коллектива отказаться от принятого решения о проведении забастовки, однако убедить их не смог.
Не удалось сделать это и заместителям алчевского мэра Виталию Сураю (курирует ЖКХ) и Любови Кочетковой (курирует экономические вопросы).
По информации участников конференции, «масла в огонь конфликта подлили сами руководители предприятия».
«Заместитель директора предприятия Василий Кондруцкий предложил порезать старые троллейбусы на металлолом, чтобы приобрести на вырученные деньги запчасти, чем вызвал бурю возмущений собравшихся, поскольку рядовые сотрудники предприятия боятся более всего как раз этого. Директор пастранса Александр Орлов обидел своих подчиненных накануне - в интервью алчевской коммунальной газете «Огни» он назвал троллейбусников иждивенцами», - пишет издание.
За подчиненного извинился Виталий Сурай, сказав, что Орлов такого не говорил и коммунальная газета в следующем номере даст опровержение этой информации.
Однако, как отмечает «Неделя», это уже вряд ли поможет: троллейбусники решительно настроены защищать свои права.
Напомним, предзабастовочная ситуация на предприятии сложилась в связи с растущей задолженностью по заработной плате, которая в свою очередь связана с тем, что из государственного бюджета не были компенсированы затраты троллейбусников на перевозку льготных категорий граждан. Пока в «Алчевскпастрансе» не выплачена в полном объеме даже ноябрьская зарплата. Как сообщил на конференции заместитель алчевского мэра Виталий Сурай, в ближайшие дни ожидается поступление субвенции в размере 248 тысяч гривен. Однако этого на выплату задолженности по зарплате в полном объеме не хватит. Алчевским троллейбусникам должны более 1 млн. гривен.
