Луганские экологи задержали рыбаков-браконьеров
Два протокола составлено на нарушителей в ходе операции «Нерест», проведённой на территории Исаковского водохранилища вблизи г. Перевальска и на территории г. Счастья. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба Государственной экологической инспекции в Луганской области.
Государственной экологической инспекцией в Луганской области проведена рейдовая проверка в рамках операции «Нерест» - об установлении весенне-летнего запрета на лов рыбы.
Проверку провели на территории Исаковского водохранилища вблизи г. Перевальск Луганской области и на территории г. Счастья первого охладителя Луганской ТЭС 10.06.2012 года.
В ходе проверки водных объектов изъяты сетки рыболовные в количестве 8 единиц, общей длиной 350 метров, 21 экран и 9 пауков.
На момент проведения проверки за нарушение правил спортивного и любительского рыболовства в период нереста на водных объектах был составлен один протокол по ч. 3 ст. 85 КУоАП на сумму 102 грн., и один протокол по ч. 4 ст. 85 КоАП, согласно которому материалы будут направлены в суд.
