Сельхозтоваропроизводители Луганщины свои обязательства выполнят в полном объеме в срок, предусмотренный условиями контракта, до 15 сентября. Об этом заявил председатель Луганской облгосадминистрации Владимир Пристюк в ходе селекторного совещания по вопросу закупки продовольственного зерна в государственный интервенционный фонд, сообщает пресс-служба ЛОГА.
Всеукраинский селектор провел 30 августа 2011 г. Первый вице-премьер-министр Украины Андрей Клюев с руководителями регионов Украины.
Как сообщил В. Пристюк, определены объемы закупок зерна урожая 2011 г. в государственный интервенционный фонд по каждому району области. В этом году через региональное отделение ООО «Хлебинвестбуд» для госфонда по форвардным контрактам под урожай текущего года заключено 43 контракта на 17 тыс. тонн с луганскими поставщиками зерна. Планируется поставить в фонд 15,7 тыс. тонн пшеницы и 1,3 тыс. тонн ржи. В настоящее время поставки выполнены на 77%.
«Наши сельхозтоваропроизводители свои обязательства выполнят в полном объеме в срок, предусмотренный условиями контракта, до 15 сентября», – заверил В. Пристюк.
По его словам, в текущем году аграриями Луганской области произведено достаточное количество зерна. Субъектами хозяйствования задекларировано 766,3 тыс. тонн зерна, что на 9,6% больше соответствующего уровня прошлого года. Из них 586,5 тыс. тонн озимой пшеницы (в том числе 361,2 тыс. тонн – I-IV классов). Это на 80 тыс. тонн больше уровня 2010 г.
В рамках работы по закупке продовольственного зерна в государственный интервенционный фонд и формированию региональных ресурсов предусмотрено закупить в Аграрный фонд 89 тыс. тонн зерна. Это 82,5 тыс. тонн пшеницы, 3,9 тыс. тонн ржи, 0,5 тыс. тонн гречки и 2,1 тыс. тонн крупяных культур – гороха, проса и овса.
Для выполнения условий проведения тендерных торгов по закупке зерна в Аграрный фонд в области разработаны две схемы. По первой формирование партий зерна до 500 тонн осуществляется через концентратора зерна. Таким предприятием в области определено ведущее зерноперерабатывающее предприятие ЧАО «Луганскмлын».
По второй схеме сельхозпредприятия с объемом производства более 500 тонн зерна пшеницы и 100 тонн ржи принимают участие в тендерных торгах самостоятельно.
Для участия в тендерных торгах уже поданы документы на продажу 2 тыс. тонн гречихи и 41,5 тыс. тонн пшеницы, что составляет 50% к доведенному заданию. Кроме того, проводится работа с предприятием ЧАО «Агротон» для продажи зерна в Аграрный фонд в объеме 20 тыс. тонн.
