Областная власть будет «дружить» с ЛЭО в рамках государственно-частного партнерства

Областная власть заинтересована в налаживании взаимодействия с компанией «Луганское энергетическое объединение» в рамках государственно-частного партнерства. Об этом 15 февраля сказал председатель Луганской облгосадминистрации Владимир Пристюк на совещании по вопросам развития сотрудничества с ООО «ЛЭО», сообщает пресс-служба Луганской ОГА.

«Луганщина - индустриальный регион, в этом ее сила и потенциал развития экономики. И энергообеспечение является важнейшей составляющей для настоящего и будущего Луганщины», - отметил В. Пристюк. Поэтому он убежден, что ЛЭО как основной поставщик 80% электроэнергии в области не может жить своей обособленной от интересов региона жизнью и должна участвовать в решении общих для региона проблем.

«У нас есть много вопросов: с одной стороны, деятельность ЛЭО не удовлетворяет запросы в качестве обслуживания потребителей, с другой стороны, потребители имеют большие долги перед ЛЭО. Поэтому перед нами сегодня стоит задача найти обоюдные точки соприкосновения интересов и выработать пути совместной работы по решению накопившихся проблем. Чтобы частная компания была рентабельна, могла развиваться и удовлетворять растущие потребности области в электроэнергии», - отметил губернатор Луганщины.

По словам В. Пристюка, перспективы развития экономики индустриальной Луганщины напрямую зависят от эффективного энергообеспечения.

«Нам нужно подготовить своего рода договор партнерства областной власти с частной бизнес-компанией, который позволит решать как экономические, технические вопросы, так и социальные совместными усилиями», - заявил глава облгосадминистрации.
